  1. Now that's a beautiful Chevelle , it sits just right and those colors are gorgeous ! Excellent detailing of the engine and interior !
  2. That's a real eye catcher , those colors really compliment the chrome perfectly ! Great job Ken !
  3. These were great looking little cars and you did an excellent job , the colors and details look perfect !
  4. Thanks Steve ! For some reason I just never really searched for smaller sizes , but $20 is outrageous . Go to Chartpak Factory Store for normal prices on both the 1/64" and 1/32 " tapes . . . $8.85 per roll . https://chartpakstore.com/collections/graphic-tapes/products/bgcp1501 1/64" https://chartpakstore.com/collections/graphic-tapes/products/bgcp1501 1/32"
  5. The narrowest Chartpak Tape available is 1/16" , you could buy it wider but I'm not sure how you would cut it . I can tell you that it will bend for gradual curves but nothing drastic , if you want small radius bends then buy the Crepe Chartpak Tape , the crepe tape bends very easily and stays put ! Only downside is it's thickness and it doesn't have a smooth finish , it's cheap enough you can buy a roll and test it yourself . Here's a link to Amazon . I bought both the Blk Crepe and Blk Gloss to compare them . https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HDSCIL0?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder-t1_ypp_rep_k0_1_8&amp=&crid=35X0U4K2PBJHM&sprefix=chartpak&th=1
  6. I've been doing many Matchbox scale cars too , fun to do and they don't take up much space !
  7. Awesome bike and it's great to hear from you Fabrizio ! I've always admired your fabricating skills and imagination , this Harley sure does present those skills for everyone to see . I sure hope to see more of your work in the future . BOB .
  8. NICE !! Right out of the box it's a great looking dragster , very well done !!
  9. It may not be the bright orange you wanted but it still looks great ! I've built a couple of these kits but don't think I've ever seen one built using all the drag parts , it's really cool looking !
  10. Ooooo that's a real eye catcher ! Really really nicely done !
  11. USAF Veteran here , it was an honor and a privilege . Here's to all the other veterans out there !
  12. That's about the nicest bare steel finish I've ever seen on a model ! Along with the detailing and extra touches you've got a real winner there , excellent job !!

  16. Great looking Beetle James , I like the pink and that you painted the rubber seals . . . Great Job ! One suggestion is to find some small diameter wire and make your own antenna , that monster one really looks out of place .
  17. I've been building one of these in my head for quite some time and am always looking for new ideas , I really like what you're doing with your Green Hornet . Please continue !!!

  23. That's a neat looking plane , well done ! I can't imagine using photo etch on anything that small , that's just crazy !
  24. I didn't actually remember the image but I knew that Car Model covered all of the ICMA contests back then so I started looking thru 1972 issues and finally found it in the March 1973 issue . I tried that cobweb paint a couple times on some slot cars and it worked pretty good , but I never could get the Swirladelic paint to work right . Tim hope you don't mind me posting this . . . I also scanned that article for another modeler a few years ago , it explains both the cobwebbing and the Swirladelic paint . https://public.fotki.com/TooOld/models/misc-/magazine-articles/swirladelic-paint/
  25. Nice wheels Jens ! Really like those Pontiac Rally II wheels and the dragster fronts !
