    MPC 1940 Ford

Well done Pat , I love these snap kits !
  2. That's super nice ! Don't think I've ever seen this kit built , I like it especially with the white walls and that Gunmetal paint . Great job Bob !
  3. Thanks ! Thanks much Carl ! Thank you Bob !
  4. I ordered half a dozen sets last year , like already said the service is excellent and shipping times are fast . I emailed him with questions about custom colors on two sets and it was not a problem , I sent him photos and he made the decals to match no extra charge ! Great guy to deal with ! There is also a North American dealer that sells on ebay : https://www.ebay.com/sch/pontiacbanker/m.html?rt=nc&_dmd=2
  5. Thanks Hector , me too !

    Trans-am

That turned out great Bill , definitely a top shelf model !
  12. Thanks Trevor ! I wish more of my early builds survived this well . Thanks Ray ! Thank you Joe !
  13. Looks good to me Chuck , It's great seeing one done in yellow ! I built mine a looong time ago but don't remember anything particularly difficult at least no more than any of the MPC or AMT Corvette kits at the time , they did have a reputation for fiddly small parts . You said you had warped parts, was this one of the new Round2 reissues ?
  14. I posted this a couple of years ago and with Round2 recently reissuing it I thought I'd share it again . This is a survivor that I built in 1977 straight out of the box and painted it with good ol' Pactra 'Namel , no primer used or clear coat . I loved that stuff ! This was the first kit that I built when I came back from overseas and I'm very happy that it survived the last 45 years ! Here's the condition when unboxed several years ago . A few more , enjoy ! Didn't notice before but it looks like the 45 yr old hood prop (toothpick) survived too !
  15. Beautiful , your extra work to make everything fit definitely paid off ! Great job !
  16. Oh my . . . such fine detailing , my eyes are hurting just thinking about trying to do something like that . Beautiful Willys and excellent work !
  17. Absolutely beautiful T-Bird Mike in the perfect color ! I'd love to have one like that in my garage !
  18. Very well done ! Beautiful colors and some excellent detailing !
  19. Sharp looking Olds Scott ! Love that Lime Green paint and those Pegasus wheels just look great on everything !
  20. A real classic Ed Roth kit , aren't we lucky to have Atlantis reissuing all these goodies ? Looking forward to seeing your take on it !
  21. Great save David , they both look great !

    '70 Cuda

Really cool looking 'Cuda Steve , and of course it's a real model ! What type and color paint is that , it looks great !
  23. Great Chevelle Jim , I really like that paint ! Most would say the flake is tooo big but I think it looks perfect , any smaller and it may as well be a solid color .
  24. Another great kit that is seldom seen built , pretty cool that you still have one from years ago ! I haven't built one but I've bought a few of the recent reissues mainly for the skeletons and other bits and pieces , I may rethink that and build one !
  25. This is one of those super fun kits that we rarely seen built , well done Bob ! Your gruesome detailing makes it one of a kind !
