  8. I had the whole set, don't remember what happened to them. There was a guy here in town that had a real vit kw. best looking truck around back then!
  9. Gordon, I mainly use .040 for the sides and 080 for the roof panel. Since the inside is not visible, I use a piece of angle inside each corner. It gives you a little more meat in order to round the outside corners off. It makes the sleeper a little heavy, on a long w/b truck I use a thin piece of aluminum as long as possible super glued inside the frame rails. Keeps the frame from sagging over time. My models are in an office in a metal building , tends to get hot in the summer. I've found that the thicker roof keeps it from sucking inward. Once again, shelf models-no shows, so inside detail is not as important. Thanks to all for looking!
  10. Would be both interesting & helpful im sure. Go for it!

  14. hello harry! Now that my blood pressure is back down, I'll give you an answer. When I previewed the post, I noticed these two things did not get done. It was easier to address them in the text rather to fix them, reshoot pics, and post again. This truck, like a lot of mine, goes to friends or old customers of mine. I put their co name on it and I'ts already in their display case. Hope this didn't cause you to lose sleep!
