  5. Closest I've found thats easy to find is plasticote spray cans of hemi orange. You can also buy mopar performance hemi orange in rattle cans (my preference btw )
  6. Whats the point digging up 5 year old threads , especially when there is nothing in the beginning of the op to give a clue as to what the thread is about
  7. If I remember right there is a box cut into the firewall for the battery, basically behind one of the front tires The grey box behind the driver in the above photo is the rear axle cooler
  8. If you can find one of these its probably your easiest ( cheapest ) route
  9. A few of the top of my head. Just to name a few I can think of right now Soapy Sales Challenger and the Barry Setzer Vega funny cars The Badman and Monkee Mobile The Monogram
  10. Ive never met this Greg and odds are never will. He may be a great guy , and thats fine. BUT, Based on whats been posted here in the past about delays on the printed magazine . Like it or not its a business and if I ran my business that way I would have been out of business in a heartbeat. IMO ( and last time I ckd we are allowed one ) unless something can be done in regards to delay after delay with subscribers receiving what they paid for in a timely manner , either close it up and make portions of this forum paid only. Or hand it over to someone / some company that can deliver said product on time. I'm sure I'm not alone saying this but if portions of this site want to go to paid only, I'm fine with that and would mostly pony up . But no way am I paying for a paper magazine then taking years to receive all the issues I paid for .
  11. Agreed 100%
  12. Agreed, For a BB chevy, I think the one on the Old Pro Nova would be your best option in stryene
  13. welcome aboard. Models can be a huge help in taking our minds off the daily grinds of life and its associated issues. Chin up, there is always light at the end of the tunnel,,,,it just has a magnifier built in it now LOL ps, in regards to the IMC Little red Wagon poster. I honestly cant say if Ive ever seen one before or not.
  14. This is my thoughts. Having built models off and on since the mid 60s . I would dare say Ive built well into the thousands. Ive got maybe 150/200 or so built on hand in the cases now . Lord only knows how many I've sold off or been damaged and thrown away over the years. I'm afraid to think the $$$$$$$ I've 'torched' in simulated crashes back in my youth
