afx Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 (edited) Built a few years back from the Nitto kit with a few enhancements. Edited February 18, 2018 by afx
Nacho Z Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 Great looking model! Originally, I did not like theses cars but over the years I have warmed up to them. Your model just bumped that up a notch.
ShawnS Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 Very nice. A mean looking race car that looks just as mean in scale. Top job
ismaelg Posted February 18, 2018 Posted February 18, 2018 Very nice job! One of the iconic liveries of the era. Love it!
89AKurt Posted February 19, 2018 Posted February 19, 2018 Looks great from here! Are one of the enhancements the venturi wheels? I did a Nitto Countach, it was a horrible kit, made into a Swedish S-tank. So they could produce decent kits.
afx Posted February 19, 2018 Author Posted February 19, 2018 (edited) Thanks for the comments gentlemen. Kurt the wheels are as they come in the kit. The enhancements I can recall: lowered the stance added missing roll cage bars added electrical kill and fire extinguisher switches added pneumatic jack air hose fitting wired the control boxes in the interior added a racing harness Edited February 19, 2018 by afx
FabbricaP Posted February 19, 2018 Posted February 19, 2018 Great looking build JC. Always liked Martini livered Porsches myself
afx Posted February 22, 2018 Author Posted February 22, 2018 Thanks again for the comments. I agree Martini has done some great liveries thorough the years, their "Hippie" cars are some of my favorite.
Dann Tier Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 As usual......BRILLIANT modeling, bud!!!!!
dublin boy Posted February 22, 2018 Posted February 22, 2018 Nice JC, I don't know how I missed that 935.
Reeves Racing Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 Great clean and crisp work as always JC. I like them both.
