I'm an Army vet and a product of Catholic schools; so, my knowledge of maledicta is extensive. I'm at a loss to think of one that fits. :D

There isn't a word which currently exists to accurately describe that.

How do we know this first guy didn't go to any effort?  Or that he's not going to?  Who said he's not gonna get that body nice and straight and throw a pretty paint job on it?

Well, whoever built it didn't seem to feel it was necessary to actually learn to weld before sticking stuff together. That's a pretty good indicator of "no effort".

'Course, the world's full of people who can't tell this  image.jpeg.e0cb435805da20a3c09e6efe9be44980.jpeg from this  image.jpeg.d0684b99aac1624286efe740ef80eea9.jpeg

...or just don't care to do anything right if they can slap some (can't use the word here) together and get all attaboy-ed from it.

This is where Rat Rodding has progressed to.

What's sad is that it looks like it was pretty straight and solid before it was cut up. Shame.

Now, if someone would do this with a Prius, I'd be all over it!!
