Cardz Posted December 23, 2018 Posted December 23, 2018 Considering i didn't build much during the summer, i still managed 4. Was a bit burned out after completing the Superbee in April, or maybe i was grieving the building process as i was working on it for almost a year. Came on strong in the fall to finish up the 66 Charger and 64 GTO surviver cars. And then the 66 Shelby clone.
Mister Twister Posted December 23, 2018 Posted December 23, 2018 They are all great but the Super Bee takes it for me. The dio is great as well....the burnout black marks are a nice touch.
vintagercr Posted December 23, 2018 Posted December 23, 2018 Just now, Mister Twister said: They are all great but the Super Bee takes it for me. The dio is great as well....the burnout black marks are a nice touch. I agree with Darryl.
Dann Tier Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 you had an AWESOME build year!!!.....love your work!!
Gerald Haney Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 Yes awesome all of them and the diorama just unreal talent.
bill lanfear Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 Beautiful work! The Goat with the louvers missing from the hood is a very realistic touch along with the weathering being subtle and not overdone! The Goat and the Super Bee are my favorites but all are very well done!
Janne Herajärvi Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 Very nice builds! I like that Charger especially, and that back drop diorama adds even more realism. Engine details look great!
donb Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 So cool. That Superbee is awesome. The mustang kind of looks out of place. Too clean. LOL. Great dio too.
Tom Geiger Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 Hi Pat- weathered models after my own soul! Love your photo back drop too! It's very realistic.
landman Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 Aaaah! That Super Bee. And the background. You can almost hear the stories it has to tell. love them all.
espo Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 I like how you weather your builds. That poor old Super Bee might not make it though, it looks like Mother Nature has had her way with it.
Phildaupho Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 You sure have some cool cars in your driveway!! I am very impressed with the weathered Super Bee
NYLIBUD Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 All the cars look great, and the Superbee is incredible.Outstanding weathering.
aurfalien Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 This is incredible and pure craftsmanship! I thought they were real 1:1 subjects, down to the dioramas. Wow man, wow! So darn cool...
slusher Posted December 24, 2018 Posted December 24, 2018 Realistic weathered models, good looking builds!
TooOld Posted December 26, 2018 Posted December 26, 2018 Excellent job on all of them ! Your weathering is very realistic and the Shelby Clone is very sharp !
Peter Lombardo Posted December 26, 2018 Posted December 26, 2018 Very nice group..... but how did that clean Mustang find its way into the mix? I guess it is true, rust never sleeps..... even on plastic.
iamsuperdan Posted December 26, 2018 Posted December 26, 2018 That Super Bee is fantastic. Just the perfect amount of weathering. And your diorama...excellent! Outdoor shots, especially with the right backdrop just add so much more realism. And you've nailed that.
Gramps46 Posted December 26, 2018 Posted December 26, 2018 Great job on the weathering and photos. Hmm...the fence changed??
