realgone58
Believe me guys, I would have never........but my Uncle built it back in '71, and I've just currently restored it. It's 1:25 scale, and is one of Palmer's more accurate toolings. I restored it exactly like my Uncle built it, unfortunately I did not take "before" pics. espo
Looks great. With all of the stuff I've heard about Palmer kits and then seeing this makes me wonder why everyone is so down on them. Maybe it's the effort you put into this one.

Bills72sj
Cool period features on that one. The exhaust, the wing and the whitewalls on mags.

doorsovdoon
That '63 Chevy reminds me of the tin toy friction cars I had as a kid. They were more like a representation of the car, you could quite easily tell what it was based on but were nowhere near accurate.
fordf-100
Very nice build! I really like the custom front end along with a great color scheme!

Bob Ellis
Most Palmer kits will Blow Your Mind, but not in the good way. The 1/25 kits worth finding are 1972 Dodge Challenger, 1970 Mustang(stay clear of the Palmer 1971 Mustang. It has a 71 front.71front end and a 70 rear. Pretty awful. I can say that as I have that kit

Lindberg first released them in those hideous red stripe boxes in the early 90s. Others have compared the molds, and they are indeed the Palmer tools. I just wish the Mustang was still a 70, I want to work on that one sooo bad! I know it wasn't perfect, but I think I could improve it! Never seen or heard of a the Palmer 1/25th Camaro ? I have the '72 Challenger also..a good start for a 1972-74 Challenger. Looks like it was ripped off from MPC. Palmer became Winneco and had a battle with the IRS over payroll taxes.
