Many years ago I bought several model cars from a man in Ontario, Canada. He had built these model cars many years ago, late 60s and early 70s. He did a lot of scratch building and a lot of painting by hand. Although the cars may not be award winning models, they are all unique as most of them are one of a kind. Here are a shots of some classic customs...enjoy :)

Considering the time when these were done they still look like resent builds. The body modifications  all look very smoothly done and the paint still looks perfect. This person was or is a very accomplished builder.

This is the kind of work we used to see back in the "Golden Era" of model car building.  Back before the internet when you were luck to get a few pictures out of a Car Craft or similar magazine, and you were even luckier to find the pictures printed in color. Very nice group models.  I think they meat more to the fledgling days of model building than most of us could even know.  Great collection, keep them safe, because they will not be duplicated now.
