Glen Powers Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 This would be more of a "shelf model class" build. Revell 2010 Camaro with the back half chassis of the less accurate but more compact AMT pro street Chevelle, Comp. Resin hood and Slixx decals. Not a lot of scratch built items other than the roll cage and reducing the front wheel openings app. .080". Finish is Tamiya met. blue with clear blue an MM wet look clear. Thanks for checking it out and I'm OK with any comments or questions. Glen
AmericanMuscleFan Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 The Camaro looks very good Glen! Super clean build. I love that blue and the stance is perfect! Well done sir!!!

TransAmMike Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Ahhh, someone finally built a late model COPO Camaro, Looks awesome Glen?
Force Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Nice. I wish the model manufacturers would do the Factory Stock and Factory Super Stock Mustangs Challengers and Camaros, I think they are a lot cooler than the street going counterparts.
Bills72sj Posted November 29, 2020 Posted November 29, 2020 Way cool interior details and beautiful paint!
Glen Powers Posted November 30, 2020 Author Posted November 30, 2020 (edited) Thanks very much to all of the above who took the time to respond it is appreciated. larman Posted December 6, 2020 Posted December 6, 2020 That's really cool! Where did the wheels come from?
Glen Powers Posted December 7, 2020 Author Posted December 7, 2020 Thanks to Anthony, Pete, Larry, and Anton glad to hear you liked it. On 12/5/2020 at 11:05 PM, larman said: That's really cool! On the rear wheels I added some Tichy Train nut/bolt pieces as the lug nut detail is faint. Glen

Actually Ron they do not have chutes when they leave the COPO build center, but are added to the Factory Showdown cars as their MPH is over 150. It would not be required for the class claimed on this model. Decals are from Slixx. Take care and merry Xmas. Glen
