samdiego
Just checking to see if the flame decals from Revell's '66 El Camino would fit this classic kit.

espo
I'd say the decals look perfect on this. I'll have to remember that if I ever get to this one again. Nice clean looking build.

samdiego
Thanks to all the above! This is still a very buildable kit. The biggest issue that I found was that the body had some mold seams at the B post that took a bit of work. The only additions I made were the Cragars, shifter and the steering wheel. Break them out if you have one, if not, 40% it at the Lobby. Edited December 26, 2020 by samdiego

charlie8575
I like the pearl white with the flames, and the Cragar S/Ss with narrow-band whites. Charlie Larkin
Kromolly
Obviously they used the '59 flames in the '66 kit. Glad you put them back where they belong. Awesome looking El Camino!
bisc63
Those are some of the nicest flame decals ever, and I don't understand why kit manufactures have had such a hard time producing good looking flame decals. One of the most timeless paint customizations ever, and for decades we were given some truly pitiful attempts in our kits! These really work for that El Camino like they were made for it, and accent your clean build perfectly. Great work!
