Tommy124 Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 (edited) Hi folks, the last build for this year got finished. This is the newer Revell 2008 release, which is much better than the old Monogram kit. Very nice kit indeed, I added 5-spoke (Boyd?) wheels and Firestone tyres, added the radio antenna and fabricated sidepipes from aluminium tube. Edited December 29, 2020 by Tommy124
Captain Spaulding Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 Nice looking Challenger, that Panther Pink really makes it stand out.
espo Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 Beautiful looking paint work. You can see the reflection of the background in the paint. The chrome trim is also cleanly done.
Classicgas Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 Well done. Using that color on a 71 Duster.
doorsovdoon Posted December 29, 2020 Posted December 29, 2020 I really like that colour. Nicely detailed, and I love how those wheels look.
TooOld Posted December 30, 2020 Posted December 30, 2020 Beautiful Challenger ! The wheels/tires and your detailing really make it stand out !
Bills72sj Posted December 31, 2020 Posted December 31, 2020 Beautiful Challenger. FYI the antenna is supposed to be on the front fender.
Tommy124 Posted December 31, 2020 Author Posted December 31, 2020 Thanks for all you kind feedbacks! 3 hours ago, Bills72sj said: Beautiful Challenger. FYI the antenna is supposed to be on the front fender. I‘m afraid you’re wrong here, Bill. The R/T (which you show) has the antenna on the front fender, but the T/A has it on the rear fender. Dragonhawk1066 Posted January 1, 2021 Posted January 1, 2021 Outstanding!! Yours turned out much better than mine! That color just looks so good on that car.
