That's a spectacular job. I'm coming into the final building stages of this kit but I don't know if mine will look as nice as yours.

Looks great, and what a nice, smooth paint job! You're right, that is a great kit.

Thanks! I'm trying out these abrasive sponges. They work great on my Dremel.

What a great job, your Olds looks beautiful, and so realistic.  Cheers

Steve

Thank you! I thought the black would be too basic but it came out fine.

Beautiful paint and foil work, well done!

Thanks! I didn't use foil. It was all masked and chrome painted.

It is a nice kit. Usually the final assembly is annoying but, on this one, everything goes smiothly.

I'm speechless. Hands down the BEST build I have seen of that kit. Just one question, what happened with the headlights? They look dull chrome and the kit has clear.

Great job on the overall look! Most impressive is your chrome work, more so since it was all masked and sprayed! What did you use for the chrome, Molotow?

Cheers Misha

Great Result Marco,

I always have a soft spot for this car as it was our family car for most of my childhood..albeit in red on red.
