maltsr Posted February 25, 2021 Posted February 25, 2021 Just finished this custom Lindberg '53 Ford which was started many years ago and then sat on the shelf of doom. Paint is Tamiya Light Blue Metallic with a Mica Blue roof covered in Lame Flake and then some clear blue. The bumpers are from a '65 Mustang (front) and the rear is a cut-down '69 Mustang front. The rear lights are shaped clear red sprue.
stitchdup Posted February 26, 2021 Posted February 26, 2021 Nice and slick, I like how you cleaned up the chrome without losing it entirely
David G. Posted February 26, 2021 Posted February 26, 2021 Great color combination, excellent custom work, smooth and clean. Love it! David G.
BeakDoc Posted February 26, 2021 Posted February 26, 2021 Outstanding work (on both). The straight-line chrome trim piece is a superb touch.

espo Posted February 27, 2021 Posted February 27, 2021 Great looking custom styling. I like the "1954" style side trim better than the '53's. Great looking rear quarter panels and tail lights as well. Nice paint treatment.
Koellefornia Kid Posted February 27, 2021 Posted February 27, 2021 Great paint job and some nice custom touches! Really like the use of the Mustang bumpers!
