Sergey Posted September 22, 2021 Posted September 22, 2021 (edited) Hi, Gents! Now I've finally finished photos of my first Dump Truck! I guess I happy with result, though there are some bugs. Here is the WIP if someone lost it: Feel free to ask questions! And enjoy pictures! Edited September 22, 2021 by Sergey 3
Jim B Posted September 22, 2021 Posted September 22, 2021 Absolutely fantastic, Sergey. Very well done.
37 caddy Posted September 22, 2021 Posted September 22, 2021 WOW, you have to study the first picture to make sure its not a real truck, your mirrors are a work of art,the real ones dont look that good. harvey
'70 Grande Posted September 22, 2021 Posted September 22, 2021 Agree... it's hard to tell that this is a scale model and not a 1:1! Fabulous work on this build!
Sergey Posted September 22, 2021 Author Posted September 22, 2021 Thank you, James and Harvey! Actually mirror arms are slightly curved. It is hard to make them level with my way of fitting.
Sergey Posted September 22, 2021 Author Posted September 22, 2021 (edited) Thank you, Mark! Just for fun: Edited September 22, 2021 by Sergey 1

peteski Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 That is one impressive, and nicely weathered model. Excellent photography too!
vincen47 Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 Museum-Quality! Extremely impressive build, one of the finest dump truck models I’ve had the pleasure of viewing on this forum. Equally impressive, the photography makes it look very realistic.

Sergey Posted September 24, 2021 Author Posted September 24, 2021 (edited) Thank you very much, BROs for your comments! I Really appreciate it! Now I'm happy! For those who enquire - dump load is made of moisture absorbing granules. I've found them inside the plug from the tube of test strips for the determination of glucose in the blood. Sorry for long sentence. There is about 3 square centimetre (or 3 milliliter) of granules in each plug. I collect about a litre. Edited September 24, 2021 by Sergey
