That filthy barnyard gasser is outstanding! I particularly love the homemade signage (“Homemade Hell” - what a great name for this car!) the steelies with front whitewalls and the windshield wiper view. Did you learn to do this by building weathered AFV’s or did you just apply those techniques directly to cars?

I used pastels which I have used before on aircraft and armour.   The chassis got real rust, made from a jar of vinegar and steel wool.

Great group, but that 57 is off the charts! Man, that’s just too cool, you really need to build a barn around that thing…, great job!

Nice work! The weathering is very well done on the Ford! Wish they would make the Packard in 1/25, or even 1/24.....

Me too the Packard body is 5 pieces, ugh, need unibody.

Great job on the gassers!  How was that Packard to build?  I have one in the stash.

See above on Packard, I did full review on the ipms national website.

Thanks, a nice surprise!! I was chatting with Larry Greenberg at our Dec meeting in NJ , perusing the latest issue and wow there it was.

They're all nice! The weathering on the '57 looks so right in every way! I always admire those that can do such realistic weathering.
