vamach1, all badges are from the kit. I use bare metal before painting and after the color I remove it with fine sandpaper.

More impressive.  There are some thin metal decals out there but you obviously have a steady hand.

Beautiful looking deep blue color and the silver stripes are a nice accent without detracting from the blue color. The chrome trim is all cleanly done.

I didn't realize that AMT kit could look so good.  But when a true craftsman gets ahold of it, then it's true beauty really shows.  Love that color of blue and didn't notice the stripes until someone above mentioned them.  They are truly subtle and work well with the build.  Great job.

That turned out pretty nice.  I like the deep blue.  I had a 66 back in the day and I believe it was Ivy Green met with black striped just like yours.
