They are such beautiful kits that enjoyment can be had, just looking at the parts on the trees! I would probably build the 356, first. Mine's exactly the same boxing as yours. Please do a build thread on it when you get around to it. I would love to see another one of these in the works.? 1
Ace-Garageguy Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 Fernando Pinto 1/24 1966 Porsche 906 LeMans longtail... ...and a Gary Doucette 1/25 '56 Kuzma Indy roadster in Dean Van Lines livery. Eddie Kuzma was a wizard car constructor along the lines of Watson and Kurtis. 2
cobraman Posted January 17, 2023 Posted January 17, 2023 I built one of Pinto's kits (not this one ) last year. It was pretty well done. 1

Nice that he supplies PE parts, decals, two sets of all the clear parts, etc. A few years back, I wouldn't even have attempted anything resin.

Nice! My charger still on pre-order no one has gotten them yet. Ouch on that canadian dollar though.
Bill Eh? Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 KIJIJI strikes two days in a row! LOL Iwata/NEO CN, sprayout pot and Iwata Ninja compressor all for $125 ($93 US). The prior owner had left paint in the bowl for ???? long. Most parts came clean after many ultrasonic cleaner cycles. The paint in the airbrush body was too stubborn. So the removed nozzle and airbrush body are in the prescription bottle which is filled with Medea airbrush cleaner. 2
Brudda Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 Monogram Rolls Royce, look at the original price. Never opened. I paid $15 6

Only thing I'm not ecstatic about is his non-wire wheels and tires are molded in one piece...which I'll be changing.
Zen Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 The new Aqua rod, 14 space Carney case and 21 space case from marketplace. 2
doorsovdoon Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 (edited) Found an original annual of the 1968 MPC Charger, there was also a 1969 annual in the box too along with most, if not all of the parts for both! Looks like they've been partially started on, though most of the parts are still on the sprues, so that's good! Will be interesting to compare them alongside the butchered country Charger! espo Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 Look forward to this build. You have become quite the Charger building expert lately. 1
