Thanks Carl. I've just ordered 2 of the Tamiya T14 Sky Blue rattle cans!

I picked up a few things today. Got this curio cabinet from Marketplace for $100. It has 7 shelves that should each hold 5 or 6 cars.

Also picked up these three complete kits. The Pie Wagon and the Charger are sealed inside and the Coronet has an extra set of MRC Cragars in the box.

I told myself, don't need more models...... uh huh. ?  I had the Alfa Romeo and Miura already, but the Porsche 356 is new.  Found the 3D printed Alfa and Lambo engines on eBay, came from Portugal.   Now if I live to 300 years old....

Well, here it is loaded. Nothing really organized yet. Just seeing what space I have. Still have one shelf I didn't install.

Checked out one of my local Ollie’s and saw these two lonely little guys so I decided to bring them home with me.

The latest addition to my expanding collection of promos arrived not along ago. It came courtesy of E Bay and the price was reasonable. Below is the photo of it from E bay.  Now, it's time to give the old plastic a rest for awhile.

These arrived today. I have a Mustang coupe and a convertible in the same color. Next is the fastback. The Mustang Trio!

Yeah, I could get a couple more pieces of glass cut and make a few more shelves. I may end up getting another cabinet about the same size for the other side too.

Here are a few of my recent acquisitions. I think I got the two kits for about $50, each, shipped. Some of that Revell stuff is getting kinda pricey! If you're interested in a lot of the kits from that "era", I'd suggest getting them, now. They don't seem to be getting any more plentiful. The four jaw chuck is an old Craftsman unit. It's not threaded for my lathe, but Sherline makes an adapter for the rotary table. I got it, reasonably. The 409 is from Texas 3D Customs. I was going to use it in a project I've been dabbling with, but, I may save it for another. I picked up the front axle kit from Josh at VCG Resins at a local show, today. While I have always preferred to scratchbuild my parts, I can't help but be intrigued by this printed stuff, a lot of it's really nicely done! In over 50 years as a modeler, I have to say that this is the new golden age. We've never had the resources available to us, that we have, today.

Looks like you could add more glass shelves. ?  I got a similar sized cabinet a few years ago, adding lights and shelves was done.  Looks great!

While visiting my parents this week they are doing the "old people thing" of giving away anything I'm willing to take. Picked up this tub that was full of Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and Johnny Lightning cars. Not really my thing so my nephew and I went through it. This is what is left from what he took. I'll take it home and figure out values and what I want to keep. Some of these are 20+ years old. Why couldn't they have collected model kits.....Lol.
