unclescott58
Electra-Glide. Cool! Any idea what year Harley this represents? It would be interesting to see a review on kit. Scott

mustang1989
Christian: That Electra Glide Harley looks freekin' cool! Carl: Thanks man. I only have the Chopped Duece (which there aint no way in hell I'm payin' 50 bucks for) and the Sedan Delivery ( which is affordable but nowhere near as hard to find as the 41 Willys kit). Junkman
Electra-Glide. Cool! Any idea what year Harley this represents? It would be interesting to see a review on kit. Scott Christian: That Electra Glide Harley looks freekin' cool! Thanks guys! The kit came out in 1969 (mine is a 1981 reissue, though). I've read somewhere, that it's allegedly a 1966 FL (first year for the Shovelhead), but I doubt it, because all '66/'67s I ever saw had a different paint scheme. Thus my educated guess is that it's a '68/'69. Although I bet we have enough Harley anoraks around here that can leave me stand corrected. I will do a review in the review section shortly. b-body fan
I think the Electra came out in 68. Had a pan head bottom end and a shovel head top. I may be wrong though my biking days are pretty far behind me now. Cool kit for sure!! Edited July 1, 2015 by b-body fan
Junkman
Electra Glide came out in 1965, one year after the ServiCar got it's electric starter motor, but still with Panhead. In '66, they switched to Shovelhead, which the model depicts, but the paint scheme is definitely later than that.

Roncla
i got a AMT Superstang and a 1000 piece Ferrari jigsaw both still in their original sealed bags. I bought the exact same Superstang kit back in 1970. Interestingly the box says its AMT made under licence in New Zealand.
landman
Yesterday, stuff. The expensive items were the two Spray cans and the PE scissors, totalling over $50 between the two.
