I didn't know that we were exchanging Christmas gifts this year guys! Thank you Bill! We will "discuss this over a Christmas bowl"! Steve No exchange necessary bro. You said your were looking for one. - I have about a half dozen of them. So I boxed one up . Its not unbuilt dead mint but I think its complete. Just so you know ,,,,, I blame you for my spending habits over the past 2 years or so . If you hadn't posted that beautiful 58 Ford, I wouldn't have started looking for all the old annuals like I have. Yep, its all your fault . Edited December 29, 2016 by gtx6970

ChrisBcritter Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 Hit three hobby stores today; got the most important thing I've bought in a LONG time: long-nose angled tweezers. Already used them several times yesterday to pick up dropped parts.
High octane Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 Hit three hobby stores today; got the most important thing I've bought in a LONG time: long-nose angled tweezers. Already used them several times yesterday to pick up dropped parts. That's an excellent tool and I use mine quite often and have been for years. Also works great when foiling and peeling off the excess after trimming.
Rob Hall Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 Two of the Moebius Cyclones arrived from Tower Hobbies yesterday.
cobraman Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 I think I need to get me one of those. Cyclones.
Luc Janssens Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 My holy grail arrived today from the UK. Only took me 4 years to find it. Looking at the box, the decals are probably ruined....from moist.

Ace-Garageguy Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 Got this a couple weeks back. '61 or '62. Man, how times have changed.
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 I have that mag. TV Guide size, right?Yes sir.
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 30, 2016 Posted December 30, 2016 Is it worth any money? It's not really worth what I paid for it, about $15, for information (the models are all pretty crude by today's standards) but it's kinda neat to look at for the nostalgia factor.
iamsuperdan Posted December 31, 2016 Posted December 31, 2016 Picked this up yesterday. And although I don't have a pic, the replacement body for my Revell Ramcharger arrived a couple of days ago. Not as warped as the original!
