89AKurt Posted Sunday at 05:35 AM Posted Sunday at 05:35 AM This morning's cruise, it was 36ºF and we were freezing our "but it's a dry heat" tails off. 🙄 When this hood opened, a bunch of guys hovered around the engine. 8

Snow is when everyone forgets how to drive with little to no traction even though they relearned it last year, and the year before that, and the year before that. 5

Never happened above the arctic circle where I live but in the south of Sweden it seems to be a fact as you state it 😂 1 1

I saw a crusty Ford Tarus wagon with one of those homemade locks over the gas cap. That was up in the Yukon Territory back in 2022. Might be able to find a photo (as I did take one). Never saw one actually on the door though. 1

The gas door I could possibly understand, one on the door is just kinda suspicious. Especially in the area I'm working.

Could have a broken door latch..one of my brother's Rangers had one broken, had to bungee cord tie the door to the steering wheel to move it around before auction.. 2

Probably that backdoor sill being so rotted there nothing left to latch to on the truck in the picture. I'm working in a rather "low rent" area and that truck stood out a bit more than anything else.
Steve H Posted yesterday at 03:09 AM Posted yesterday at 03:09 AM Ok… so these weren’t seen today. Actually it was back on October 4th, at the Fairmont in Monte Carlo, along with a couple in front of the casino. There was 2 separate car events that passed thru. The Bumblebee 1000 was a charity event for kids, most of the cars had a youngster riding along with the owner. The “Road to Monte Carlo” group, as I understand it, is a group of wealthy super car guys that meet annually at a Ferrari dealership in Italy and finish in Monte Carlo. Have a close look at the 3rd pic, couple of bucks worth of cars. I estimate there was probably about $20-30,000,000 at the hotel. The underground had a bunch too. I’m not that knowledgeable when it comes to super cars, but there was some very, very nice cars, and lots of them. They all sounded fantastic, especially in “track mode” which seemed to be the popular option while idling. The blue McLaren sounded down right nasty. And of course I couldn’t leave this one out… 5
Phildaupho Posted yesterday at 04:11 PM Posted yesterday at 04:11 PM Great photos Steve. I lust after them all but I really the last one which is a Fiat Topolino EV.
