Every week I order soup for lunches from Walmart website. I usually buy for 1 week but I decided to buy for 2 weeks

Anyway my order came yesterday and it looked like so many but my lunch break was almost over so I put it away and didn't think about it again.

Then I received an email saying that the last part of my order was coming today and I knew something was wrong.

I counted my soups and found they gave me more than double what I ordered and more was coming today.

I went to the Walmart customer service chat and explained I would pay for the extra cans because I didn't want to go to the store to return it. He told me to keep them and they would not charge me. I have over a months worth of lunches now

Yesterday a tractor trailer dropped 20 pallets of Dell monitors on my loading dock for the other major tenant in our building.   Turns out it was a double shipment, the requested shipment was received last week.  Now those 20 pallets line the hallway, as they try to figure out what to do!

This just my cabinet. This is about half my soups. It goes 2 or 3 rows deep. I have about 75 cans of soup right now

When I was a kid my grandmother fed me Campbell soup every day for lunch! I think of her every day… Thanks for the good memory..

The wife and I were originally planning to take the F250 and 5th wheel out to the east coast. The price of gas changed our minds. The little MX-5’s mileage is more than paying for hotels.?

Well my three sons chipped in together and bought me a new laptop computer for fathers day!

They said my 12 year old desktop was too slow!LOL

Then we got some more pictures of our great grand son. Asher!

This was the best one! He was ready to cool off in his pool with mom.

May be an image of 1 person, baby and sitting

My new truck has arrived at the railyard here. So should see it by the end of the week.

Then PDI.

Then some outfitting.

Then driving it home at some point before the end of the month.

:)

My friend is flying away on holiday today. I've already set up a practical joke on him. At the bottom of his bag I've put a fairly heavy rock so my plan is to be there to carry the bags out to the car so he gets called for further checks. Last time he went away I replaced every photo of him with me, and the time before I filled his toilet cystern and bath with jello and left a fake deposit. I'm sure he is expecting something this time.

Took the day off to take all three dogs into the vet for their rabies and all the other shots.....one dog at a time.  They are great together at home but a road trip (less than a mile to the vet) and it's like taking three little kids out.  Everyone got a check up and all are good!

They are little 5-year olds trapped in that furry little body after all.

A shipment of parts I've been waiting for, that's been missent in-state THREE times, finally arrived today. Hallefreakinlujah.

And a local junkyard found me the interior parts from a '16 Caddy ELR that I needed to finish up the interior redesign in the '66 Chevelle project, and they also arrived today.

Double hallefreakinlujah

Even more miraculously, the Caddy dealer had in stock the one big '16 ELR interior part I needed to be new, in the right color.

Triple hallefreakinlujah.    B)

Nice to know those ELRs were good for something after all.

I'd buy one with no guts based on the looks alone. I think it's one of the best of the origami school of design.

Put a nice sidewinder ICE engine and manual box in the nose, have a real car.

Or even cooler, a sidewinder V8 instead of a back seat.   B)

I like your idea Bill, although if you’re talking Art and Science design language, I prefer the CTS-V wagon. Practical and already equipped with a supercharged 6.2 V8.

I looked over all of the models that I've acquired over the years including the "Crown Jewels" as I call them and I'm quite happy. However, I'm getting a feeling that I'm missing something or the collection is not quite complete. Has anybody got the same feeling?

I’d really like to get a 1/12 MENG GT40 but I have a Trumpeter one and the knock off brand one which I have yet to start on.  Then there is the issue of where to display it.  Other than a coupe of resin Cobra Daytona Coupe kits which are quite expensive and I already some other brands of them there is not much else I can say I have longed to have for years.  I guess I’m lucky in that sense that there are no unicorn kits out there that I cannot live without that are not outrageously expensive.
