well...that "wink" you may have missed might suggest I was kidding a little bit. otherwise, I will neither confirm nor deny what I may or may not have seen on real cars.

don't larger spark plug wires get more spark to the spark plugs?

Lately I've been reading just about anything written by David Weber ("Honor Harrington series, Safehold series) and Eric Flint (Ring of Fire "alternate history" series). Occasionally I will reread just about any of my Heinlein books.

that paint color looks like you could use metallic green with clear over it, the Testors metallic green looks close to me (or maybe I'm thinking of Pactra metallic green)...

That would be the Aurora 32 Ford Sedan kit which was also had an earlier version released as "32 Skidoo", it's on my "to do" list since it is basically a replica of one of the early iterations of the Lil Coffin. I took some photos of Mark's 32-32 at DSC12, it looks real good to me.

I have to guess the judges had some hard decisions and it ran a bit long, I had to leave before they presented awards due to a family commitment. an interesting side note; the Vulture funny car was a Car Model magazine cover car and the El Matador model on display was entered by the builder of the 1:1 "Matador 2", Terry Jones collaborated with Bill Cushenberry on how to replicate a faithful El Matador and succeeded quite well.

Fotki or Photobucket?

unfortunately, the BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH helps pay for the BLAH_BLAH_BLAH_BLAH that most sheeple want for free. why not pine for the simple command line interface...?
