  1. that's really slick!
  2. there is a way to make this stop happening. http://www.zdnet.com/article/how-existing-windows-users-can-refuse-microsofts-windows-10-update/
  3. Unfortunately, that response will make you feel good for a little while...but, if you stay in the same work industry, the chances of you running into the person that had to let you go increase over time and they just might remember that you had an attitude problem when they were just doing what they were forced to do.
  4. a beautiful Stingray!
  5. I'm beginning to wonder if Randy built himself a shrink ray and is keeping it a secret. it's quite a treat to see this happening, thank you Randy for taking the time to post your WIP.
  6. jb weld, it's epoxy made for metal
  7. can we stick to the thread topic instead of how "real modelers" and "everyone else" achieve their goals?
  8. that's a good color on a Riviera, nice work.
  9. well this one snuck up on me, I am otherwise committed or I would go to take pix of entrants big and small.
  10. the Pyro / Lindberg kits have lots of potential, nice work.
  11. very nicely "ratted out".
  12. that is a great job on an unusual scale subject, my eye has a problem with several aspects of this kit that have caused me to put off building this kit for others in this scale until I feel like dealing with the too flat frontal area and the seemingly too short trunk (or roof may be too long, haven't felt like pinning it down yet). if you feel like adding an engine, there are 1/32 scale stock car snaps that have separate-ish engines. there are also testors IMSA corvette kits that have a very detailed V8 drive train that can be used.
  13. would you consider a NACA duct on the hood instead of the scoop currently in place?
  14. excellent work on a very prominent part of this show rod.
  15. nice color combo
  16. oh, fine... ruin the big surprise.
  17. I'm fairly certain that Mike Cholewa would NOT have scheduled the "Flea Market" so close to the DSC if he had a choice. Sometimes the chosen venue forces you into a sucky time slot. I would hope that everyone that can should take advantage of both vendor opportunities since you just don't know where that "one kit" you're looking for will show up.
  18. they should just change the standard line to: "Your call will be monitored and recorded, we will decide later what to do with it."
  19. missed the horsepower question, didn't feel like looking it up.
  20. they look like spindle-mount Halibrands, probably have to 3D print some masters then cast. I'm not familiar with a Minilite that would look correct if milled down.
  21. next to the rocket launcher switch.
  22. hope her recovery is swift, best wishes.
  23. how do you feel about rivets? nice build.
  24. a 3D printed Cummins engine "trans-kit" would seem to be a better option, maybe an opportunity is being missed in this case ( haven't researched to see if available).
  25. Are you 6'4" or 5'6", just curious.
