  1. Beautiful, clean build. Great colour!
  2. Love what you done here. If that engine is from a ZR1 Corvette, then its quite appropriate as GM had Lotus design the heads for this V8 back in 1989.
  3. Beautiful Cobra. Good work on opening the doors and trunk. Now all you need is a Ferrari Daytona to display alongside.
  4. That looks mean! Colour and stance is perfect. Chip would definately approve. Well done Martin.
  5. Not only a beautiful looking model, but if it were a 1:1, that's exactly how I would have built it. Very tasteful. What kit are the hood hinges from?
  6. Cutting that side glass must have been scary, but it came out well in the end. The yellow is looking great! I think it really suits the Esprit shape.
  7. That pink over black base looks stunning. I love the shape of the '59 hard top. This one will look amazing.
  8. And I thought it was shiny before you polished! Its looking amazing now. Is the finish on the wheels the original kit plating?
  9. I learned something new today. Your Ferrari research is better than mine! I just took a look at the Italeri 275 kit. It has the independent rear and the quad cam engine. Its a nice kit to base your GTC on. Interesting that Ferrari was building cars with solid rear axles and independent rears at the same time.
  10. Wow! I am so pleased to see you tackle this one Alex. This proves you are still in top form. I have this transkit, and the Airtrax 250 GT Lusso in my stash, both of which I have been planning to build for some time. I hear what you say about the quality. It can be hit and miss, as I have other Airtrax castings that are better, and some that are even worse. We just have to be grateful that they exist at all. Are you planning on having an opening hood? If so, may I make a suggestion. The V12 available from Replicas & Minitures Co of Maryland is a beauty (although the one in the Italery kit is good too). I was planning on using the chassis from Fujimi's 250GTO, but maybe the Italery 275 is more accurate? Good luck with this project. I will be watching avidly.
  11. This is a smart little kit, that I overlooked. Cool idea with the PVA headlamps.
  12. Great progress. This is going to be a stand out F40. Love that blue.
  13. Wow. This must be your most ambitious project yet, Dann. You are doing an amazing job! This kinda reminds me of a scratch built Lotus Esprit I built as a kid. Keep going. This'll be fantastic.
  14. That 2k gloss is amazing.
  15. Loving this build style Martin. It looks just like something those Ring Bros would create. Looking forward to seeing the top coat layed down. Hope you're all mended after your operation now.
  16. Nice work. I like the carbon fibre decal work. Its tricky to get them to look this good. Just curious - is the induction plenum on top of the engine facing the wrong way round?
  17. Wow Roberto. This work is fantastic! You say you're not an expert builder, but It looks like you are. I like your innovate ideas like building the seat from the old roof, and the moon tank. Some of the pictures look like a 1:1 car build. I'll be watching.
  18. Great to see you build this one Alex. My brother had a 1:1 of these in BRG, but with black interior IRC. What a hoot to drive! I've got this Tamiya sitting in my stash, but have not got round to it yet. No doubt, you'll treat us to another super-clean build. I'll be watching.
  19. Beautiful Cobra, and in the perfect colours!
  20. This really stands out in that blue. Well done - its a beaitiful build. Forgive my ignorance, but what is the red car pictured alongside?
  21. This is STUNNING! Lovely colour choice and the interior is very impressive too. It has just the right level of sheen to look like freshly stitched leather.
  22. Beautiful build on your GT3. I did this kit about 10 years ago, but it didn't come out as nice as yours. LS Boxster is very interesting. Do show more pics when you're back to work.
  23. Looks amazing. The photography is so realistic. That's clever to re-use the plastic display base as the new splitter.
  24. This came out beautiful. Such a clean looking build. It surely deserves a place in your Italian Horses website?
  25. That cabinet is amazing. Beautiful collection of Camaros too.
