Thanks everyone. I knew going into this that it is a really bad kit when it comes to the cab...and doors...and mirrors. Soooooooo, the doors will probably be glued shut. The bed is in place with all running lights and plate. I am in the process of building a stake side for it right now,so we will see how that turns out.

Thanks everyone. I had to move my modeling station. My hobby room had to be turned into a spare bedroom again. So tonight has been the first time back at the bench since the last post. The chassis is almost done.....and a mock up.

I know I haven't built a big rig of any kind in quite awhile,so hear goes nothing. Last year a friend and I bought a huge big rig collection, unfortunately from a modeler who had passed away. My friend isn't into big rigs, and we sold most of the collection to make some money. For my part, I kept a few things....ok....more than a few things, as some of my part of the proceeds. This is one of the unfinished kits. I like the color combo but it looks like I'm going to get creative with the unfinished parts because I don't think I can match the paint. I think all the parts are there, so the big issue will be making myself actually finish it.

I have an AMT one Tom, I can stick it in with the other stuff I'm sending you.

That is crazy nuts. Those are small cars. I had a 600 and four of us lifted it and put it in the back of a long box dodge pickup with the tailgate down. 😂
