  1. Wow this looks fabulastic, uh, make that fantastic!
  2. I always understood that model building is a national sport there, at least that's what Verlinden said to me after he talked with mister Tamiya a long long time ago....
  3. That put's it in the twilight zone.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVSRm80WzZk
  4. Looks great!
  5. Who says the younger crowd is interested in any kind of automotive model kits, maybe they only want Star Wars stuff, and think all 3 the US model companies have the Sci-Fi arm of the hobby covered... The milking of the recent Round-2 Camaro tool makes me think, they make so many variations out of necessity.
  6. Stunning, wow...I'm speechless... you're trying to fool us by showing pics of a real car right?
  7. Guys, I'm trying to gather as much info I can, on the Dodge Powerwagons, and Ramchargers from '72 up to '93. Changes through the years of: (standard cab short and std bed, for the pickups) - Chassis, and differences between RWD and 4WD - Drive-train - Sheetmetal - Interior - Trim - popular options Military variants, did they differ much from the civilian versions, if so what? If anyone here has info or know sources to obtain, please share. Thanks in advance Luc Janssens Belgium
  8. On FB they said that the test shot was approved and were getting ready, to get the decals approved as well....
  9. The body looks mediocre to me...just a cheap toy.
  10. if I heard right (with all the static surrounding me), the arm is almost 14 feet, thus if the base (turnpoint) in the middle, one can scan up to almost 28 feet.
  11. very interesting, and with the 4 meter (13 feet) arm they can scan a vehicle up to 8 meters (26 feet) Also that dulling the "to be scanned surface" is no longer required is a big plus, so no more vintage car owners backing off...due to messing with their shiny treasured possession.
  12. Didn't Tamiya have working suspension on their Toyota Landcruiser and Mitsubishi Montero kits?
  13. Those are the best, the ones that blindside you on a idle Tuesday... Unlike the BMW from Platz....
  14. Love it!
  15. Looks just fine! Looking forward seeing a lot more where that came from.
  16. Wish Round-2 would rerelease the N10, but this time with a plastic chassis and good chrome. IIRC this kit comes in both Euro as NA spec, and was designed by the late Dave Carlock.
  17. A couple of my friends build the wrecker version of this truck, not for the faint of heart, unless the tooling and assembly has been revised. IIRC the problem was that the parts breakdown was much like a resin kit
  18. Looks Great, Jonathan! BTW now that it's built, is the lack of interior detail of the door and 1/4 panel noticeable?
  19. Looks great so far....can't wait to see it finished.
  20. Looks Fantastic, it's one of those which I'd like to see returning from Round2, but as a restomod....not the car per say but tooling wise...by combining their 2000ish designed '71 Charger with copied body parts from the Mpc annual. Again most excellent work!
  21. Indeed, a tunnelback.
  22. I don't see them sinking money into the backdating of the Mpc kit, which IIRC was last seen as the Amt Heritage edition Camaro Z-28... when they have an '83 tool on the shelf
