  1. Was it in the movie?
  2. I have never seen a 1999 Mercury annual either LOL. 1966 obviously. Lots of 60s annuals were repacked in 1969 with exact parts and instructions but had new theme boxes,
  3. are the tail lights from a 66 Tbird kit? Looks kike an interesting project.
  4. There is no replacement for displacement. How much power can you get from that slant six anyway. Maybe power but not torque. You probably couldn't wind them out like todays engines
  5. I realize that posting photos from a photo hosting sight saves bandwidth for this website, but if the link is dead or host site denies photos, what is the point? Should delete the post or ask posters to re-link the photos. It's annoying and wasting my time reading. Sorry to sound snippy. Maybe I am?
  6. Too bad there will be no more of these kits
  7. So clean
  8. As usual, a nice casting from you.
  9. I believe this. They were in survival mode. Besides , they had to pay taxes on non-performing inventory. Better to scrap what costs money than what pays you money.
  10. He has okay by me too!
  11. The roof hinges are tricky but the top really works! A great . I built it in 1975.
  12. They owe a ton of money and in Chapter 11 according to the newspaper. Dont wait to buy some kits.
  13. If Model King helped defray the cost again, more lost kits may emerge.
  14. This is the 1969 issue exact contents as original 1999 annual.
  15. This is one of your best efforts, Gregorz.
  16. I used the parts pack covair turbo unchromed and mated it to kit transmission. Had to replace the generator for an alternator. Except fo a lot of hanging parts it fit well.
  17. AMT T# kits arrived about 1969 or so. They started eliminating red tail lights and other nice details.
  18. Very nice Paul. First year of station wagon dual tail-gate?
  19. The parts pack comes with a generator not alternator as you would expect in 1963 or so. It has a nice turbo unit.
  20. I swapped the AMT trunk onto a Johan body. Also did it your way.
  21. I thought ERTL did a decent job on this kit. They changed the interior from XR7 to Eliminator and the exhaust is more correct too.
  22. I bought a bunch of their resin. openining the windows is a chore but casting very clean.
  23. I want a Greenbrier van
  24. The kit dates back to 1968. Been modified umpteen zillion times. I still like them
