Thanks Roger!! Great to see you man. So far so good with my wife. It'll be 8 years since the aneurysm this upcoming February. Hard to believe that it's been that long already. 'Preciate it Bob! Thank you Dave and thanks for tagging along buddy.

Thank you good buddy Carl! 'Preciate it Jeremy!! LOL!! One day I hope to be half decent at it. Thanks `bud. Thank you Trevor. Good to have you along. Thanks Steve. Actually, I need to revisit a few of YOUR builds as I've got some catching up to do around here. lol Thanks for the "good word" Greg! LOL!! Thanks Monty. Later on I found out that what you're referencing was the spare tire carrier. I can't imagine having to get a spare tire out of that thing.

This is definitely a good looking Jo-Han build Lee. Coming together beautifully pal.

Just beautiful work all the way around bud. Wheels & tires look perfect on this car and you've done a great job with the stance. These builds of yours are a great show of good modeling skills JR!!

Good LORD man!! I've been waiting for this moment for several years now Steve. I really don't know where to start or know what to say that isn't a carbon copy of everything that these folks have mentioned on this car. A TRUE labor of love this is and one that you should be proud of brother. WOW I say.....frickin' WOW!!!!

You can count me in too John. -
Alright.....it's been way too long since my last update so I'll just catch you all up to where I'm at right now with this one...... As with all detailed builds....a guy has to know when to call it and this is where I'm calling it. There are a couple more things that I could add but how far does a guy go? In any case....this part is completed. I'm now moving on to the car body so I can get this puppy wrapped up this month.

Any more on this one Steven? -
Picking this one back up Pat. Beautiful color choice man. I've used the Molotow Chrome pens before and have had mixed results with them but it looks like you did a really good job using yours.

This is coming along VERY nicely and I apologize for being out of pocket. What a spectacular thread to follow along with. It's interesting about the two part decals for the Roadrunner on the wing and I can't get enough of that paint job. WOW!!!
-
Thanks Bruce! I'm hoping to have something worthy of an update soon. Just a bunch of body prep and detailing right now. I'll see if I can put something up today.

I was gonna ask about the dio and you answered that question. WOW. WOW WOW and some more WOW!!! Everything about this build just screams realistic Martin. Such eye candy at every angle you look at this and that includes the dio as well. I really had to take a good look as I thought the first picture here was a reference photo that you were going to use for the build itself. Just crazy detail here.
-
Man that is a TRUE beauty right there Mike! WOW!!!
-
I'll be looking that one up.

At the risk of dating myself, I too had this kit as a kid and attempted to build it but it didn't turn out very well. This one turned out pretty darn good here as the paint work and detailing are pulled off very well. I've never heard of the MJM pre-wired distributors but will check into them. You sure put some good work into this car Eric.
-
Looks like you've got the color choice down to replicate that well Pat.
-
I didn't follow along on this beautiful build but I can tell by looking at the finished product that I should have. Very well detailed and painted up Justin.

Sharp car.....headed to the Under Glass section now.

I like your take on that car Fabrizio. That engine compartment looks the part indeed. Awesome detailing and easy to take for the real thing. Growing up I always thought the Crossfire Injection was "all that" but once I got in the dealership as a technician, I quickly learned that it was NOT. In theory it was a cool concept but nowhere NEAR what the Tuned Port Injection capabilities were. This is certainly not to take away from the beautiful detailing that you've pulled off here though. All I can say is.....WOW!!!
