  1. What can you say here? The work simply speaks for itself. Thumbs up Mark!
  2. I haven't made it that far yet but have already been dreading that one. Will let you know....................shortly.
  3. Thanks Travis! I'll be following along on your build.
  4. Nice work! That version of the Revell Challenger has a helluva lot more detail under the hood than the older version that's for sure.
  5. Justin: Thanks buddy! I just hope and cross my fingers that nothing goes wrong from here on out....... Carl: I remember those foot pedals very well. I used to get a real laugh out of 'em and was my inspiration for putting one in this build. Thank you as well for the comments.
  6. I'm using the red hood for the same reason on my build. The white hood just screams model/toy look. lol I will say that the Roth kit has a lot of the trashy molding lines and ejector pin marks cleaned up though.
  7. You've got my attention! This is from the old 1982 "Street Demons" mold aint it. Just noticing the red body color
  8. Thanks Carl and yes sir I'll be using the "foot" pedal. Gotta have some humor in the interior. lol The past few days have been spent on body prep for paint. Sanding, filing, filling and all that stuff. Anyhow, moving right to the "meat and potatoes" of the post....... I painted the cab this morning with Tamiya Acrylic Red X-7 and will be letting it dry out for the rest of the day. So far I'm ok with it but have one paint run on the R/H side that I'll have to wet sand out. It'll be a little tricky because it's right on a high point but I think if I'm careful enough I'll be ok. Todays progress.....
  9. Man it's really good to see you back in action again Dan!! Been meaning to touch base with you and have been covered up during my time off. Will give you a shout soon. You still on for Austin? P.S. Progress is Smokin' ! Great work!
  10. This build is gonna hit hard! Dangit man! More please..........
  11. David G: Thanks a lot for the encouragement buddy! Dan: Where have you been? Great to see you around again pal. 35 days left and counting.....................
  12. I really appreciate your comments there Richard. Thanks buddy!
  13. Beautiful Chevelle Tye!
  14. Well I got my pedals in a couple of days ago. This should add some humor into the interior of the build.... And for the steering column. In the foreground is what the kit instructions say is a steering column. Wow! Folks that just looks terrible at best!! Behind it is a column from Parks that I'll be using instead. Now to decide on what steering wheel I'm gonna use.....
  15. Ron that looks fabulous!! I'm working on getting a shine on my paint jobs like that!
  16. I stand in awe................! Brilliant idea Ray!!
  17. Hat's off to you Scott for an amazing build!!! Totally smokin' detail on this thing!!! Wow!! Is that alclad on the exhausts?
  18. Shoot it 49 days I wouldn't be past the friggin' interior!!!! Great job Tom!
  19. Man that is just way too cool there Paul! Truly some great work there!
  20. I think I posted to you over at another forum on this one but it sure deserves another. Good stuff Aaron!

  22. That Hase F-16 looks bad to tha bone!!!!
  23. Looks like you did a good job with the body work from here. Hang in there with it Tim. I see a great build coming from the effort.
