  1. Beautiful Chevelle Tye!
  2. Well I got my pedals in a couple of days ago. This should add some humor into the interior of the build.... And for the steering column. In the foreground is what the kit instructions say is a steering column. Wow! Folks that just looks terrible at best!! Behind it is a column from Parks that I'll be using instead. Now to decide on what steering wheel I'm gonna use.....
  3. Ron that looks fabulous!! I'm working on getting a shine on my paint jobs like that!
  4. I stand in awe................! Brilliant idea Ray!!

  11. Looks like you did a good job with the body work from here. Hang in there with it Tim. I see a great build coming from the effort.
  12. Got this for my birthday last week!!! I've been just itchin' to get into one of these kits.....
  13. I've heard ALOT of good stuff about this one!!! ALOT! For 281 bones it better be a good one is all I've gotta say!!! lol
  14. The back of the cab is molded separately? Never seen that one before. Looks like a good build forming up here.
  15. Thank you Carl and Tom!! I was going to get up this morning and work on it some more but had a pretty bad headache so I slept this session out. I did have some time later on in the morning after about 5 more hours of sleep to siddown and work on the drivers seat some. Some dust had landed in the paint (go figure!) so I lightly sanded the affected areas with some 3600 to smooth it all out and went too far and would up down to the primer in two spots. One step forward...two steps back. More progress in this coming week. I hope to start laying paint down on the body by Friday.
  16. I'll be looking forward to the paint finish. It may be a small detail but I noticed those headlights look fantastic!!! Nice and clear!
  17. Great modification work there Jay! Lookin' forward to more!
  18. Man that paint finish is to die for!! Wow! Real nice build there JD!
  19. Your weathering and aging abilities are right up there with the best of 'em Chuck!! Can't get much better'n 'at!
  20. I see nothing wrong with the truck myself. Maybe the back of the hood to body fit but that's a fantastic stance and wheel/tire combo. Colors look great and finish is dang near glass. Looks friggin' awesome to me!!!
  21. Nice work Tim! I love these ol' F-100's as well as have a great appreciation for re-builds and your resto turned out great!
