  1. Okay, here are some of my drag builds.
  2. Wow Brett, that's is some really great Drag collection. Love the Ramchargers and Jungle Jim cars most. Outstanding.
  3. If would be a better verb than when!
  4. Check out the Sponsor's product. We call it the "Purple pond" for a reason.
  5. You can take the Redneck out of the Trailer Park but you can't take the Trailer Park out of the Redneck!
  6. In Texas, who has the right of way at a 4 way stop sign? "The truck with the biggest tires!"
  7. IDKWTM= I don't know what that means
  8. Aw yes, the carpet monster taketh and the carpet monster giveth. Nice build.
  9. You think he's kidding. Well, I am old (69) enough to still have some in my stash!
  10. Wow, great set of builds. I've had a Butch Leal version on the to do list for many years.
  11. Yep, I need to watch. Have a '73 240Z in the garage. It has three 2xbbl Weber carbs, headers, with a 280Z head and cam.
  12. I use Tamiya extra thin liquid cement. Brush it on the joints and it should separate if it is not to heavily glued.
  13. But they could be made into a real "Funny" car.
  14. Here's pics of the Franklin Mint Petty Olds. They obviously did not use this as a guide.
  15. Thanks for the comments, guys. Sometimes a quick easy build is just what we need.
  16. I always look at the glass. If it is clear (no glue marks) then it will usually be a lightly glued assembly.
  17. Quick fun build. Weather finally nice. Made a few changes, swapped gas tanks, added door handles. Rattle can Purple-licious Lacquer.
  18. Have a MPC 1970 Grand Prix (longest stock production hood in the industry), but would still love to have a '71 Boattail Riviera.
  19. Nice build. All you need to add are the wheelie bars.
  20. Uh oh, Harvick won again. Three in a row. I wonder what they'll find wrong with his car this time? Nascar doesn't like one car to dominate!
  21. If a man says it's a priority, he will get to it. There is no reason to nag him every four to six months!
  22. I kind of blended the two together. I used some ideas from the Dream Rod and most parts of the the Tiger Shark. Reworked the Vette style front fenders and added side pipes (eliminated the Tiger Shark rear exhaust parts) .
  23. The Shelby Collectibles in 1/18 are very detailed too, and at $49.99 a lot more affordable. I really like mine. https://www.diecastmodelswholesale.com/1965-shelby-cobra-daytona-coupe-blue-98-1-18-diecast-model-car-by-shelby-collectibles/
  24. That and the roof always looks small for the rest of the body. Oh and oversized 1/24th scale.
