  1. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
  2. Thanks Nick!
  3. Thanks for the pictures Nick, hope there are more as the show was always my favorite one when I lived in the area.
  4. It was a test shot Al, actual kits pieces will be warped! LOL
  5. That Blazer looks decent, how clean is the casting? Does the kit include windows or templates to make them? Are there axles (2wd or 4wd) included? How much was it?
  6. Looks great, that red/black combo fits it perfectly. Might want to make the front bumper out of some C channel. Simple and easy to do yet gives it a heavy duty look.
  7. I don't expect an employee of a big box store to have the knowledge or passion for something like model car kits nor do I expect them to seek out employees who do. I do expect a hobby shop to have knowledgeable people though, as that is their specialty. Having worked in retail, the concept of "facing the shelves" entails filling empty slots to give the impression of not being out of stock. Many times it is because management is coming to visit and they can't tell a '69 Camaro from a '69 Mustang, but they do see an open slot on the shelf. If I have to look around a bit at Hobby Lobby to find what I want, then that is fine with me, it's a huge store and they have lots to tend to, like getting the Christmas stuff out by the fourth of July. If it bothers you that much, then stop and take a minute to fix it, I am sure the workers would appreciate the help.
  8. Thanks for sharing Dann, those are some beautiful pieces and I am sure worth every penny. I look forward to the day when more 3D printed stuff is like that and at a reasonable cost for more builders. And don't apologize for being particular about what you are looking for, it's your right as a consumer. Some people are happy with price, others with subject regardless of quality and a few seek perfection.
  9. I had messaged Joseph at Fireball Modelworks about the possibility of developing some items for the Dodge and he said he was too busy with all that he has on his plate to even start new stuff. I am hoping others in the resin community see the opportunity to bring us some goodies.
  10. Casey was working on some parts and pieces a couple of years ago, don't think it ever made it to the casting stage. Sure would be nice to have some parts to back date the pickup and the Commando.
  11. To be fair,I did write a disclaimer at the bottom of my post Rob!
  12. I am getting ready for a trip today and noticed the mailman came early, so I thought I would check the mail before packing the car and heading out. Imagine my delight and surprise to find the latest issue of MCM in the mailbox! I am so stoked to have this along for the trip and will definitely read it cover to cover! I suggest that you check your calendar before replying or posting on this thread.
  13. I just looked at the website and it clearly states the price and how many are included, not sure what you are seeing. Is there a particular tire or wheel you are looking at?
  14. You are really going all out with the details! That is looking great and should be a beauty when done!
  15. Well, there goes more of my lunch money!
  16. I would probably end up with 1:1's like my model collection, lots of unfinished but big ideas! There would be a few old pickups, some classic muscle cars and maybe a new car or two.
  17. Coming along nicely, you have added some great details and accessories.
  18. I am confused- your topic says F70x14 but in your post you mention F70x15. If you are looking for F70x14 in 1/25th scale, check out Fireball Modelworks item FMR-142.
  19. Yes^^^^^^^^^^^. Nice work on this one Tyrone, love the color choices and details!
  20. That is looking fantastic, nice paint job and the details are spot on!
  21. Nice work, I have a couple of those to build and one version is similar to what you built- clean and simple.
  22. Nice work on that truck, the wheels and the headlights really make it standout! Thanks for sharing your tip on the headlights.
  23. Nice work as always Chuck! Love the details and the weathering. You have a knack for building older vehicles and making them realistic.
  24. I haven't but was so disappointed when this kit was originally released in 1/20th scale. I had an '88 S-10 4x4 std cab short bed, great truck!
  25. Pre-ordered 2 kits today from Modelroundup. Looking forward to building this kit again.
