Electricity bill fee list kind of reminds me of concert ticket fees nowadays.

Still haven't got mine in Oregon either. Our fine mail service at work as I've gotten a couple of other people's mail the last couple of weeks so my magazine may have gone elsewhere. Being I'm a nice guy, I write "delivered to wrong address" and drop it off at the post office outside box which is just down the street. Hopefully it makes it to the proper person eventually.

Anyone know how old this paint is
TonyK replied to junkyardjeff's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I recall buying Testors paint at a variety store when I was a kid and it was 15 cents or 2 for 25. -
Takes me back to my childhood days. I still have my Matchbox cars from then. It brings a smile to my face and nice memories when I look at them.

'50 Chevy Shop Truck.....
TonyK replied to NitroMarty's topic in Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Sharp! I'm thinking of a reverse idea here. Someone should look at this model and make a real truck of it. ? -
April Wine founder and lead singer Myles Goodwyn passed away.
TonyK replied to Can-Con's topic in The Off-Topic Lounge
Saw this sad news the other day. Big fan of April Wine. Wife and I went to a concert a long time ago and "Just Between You And Me" was our first dance song at our wedding reception. -
I starting to become concerned. Still no magazine for me in Oregon.

Looks like a nice clean build. Hopefully you enjoyed it and maybe grab a newer version dragster and share that with us in the near future.

Everything has been working well using Chrome these last several days. Thanks for all the hard work to make things right!

Hasegawa Subaru Legacy 1992 Australia Rally

Very, very nice looking model! Nice small amount of weathering. I appreciate your review of the model as it helps a lot for anyone who wants to build one. -
Your most difficult kits
TonyK replied to T-Ray's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I have nothing to offer even though I've had difficult kits in the past and have probably chose to forget about them. This subject is why I like the "kit reviews" so much in the model magazines and now you guys giving similar experiences. Saves some of us the pain of buying a kit we wish we never bought. I do recall building 2 (maybe 3) visible V8 kits in my lifetime expecting a better result each time thinking my skills have improved but I don't think I'm to blame. -
Tom Daniel "Honest Engine"

I haven't seen this kit before either but this is really cool! Great job overall and that drum kit is amazing! And you can't go wrong with the Grand Funk theme. -
I've had a subscription for many years and it's a mystery as to when I'm going to get the magazine. Sometimes sooner than other times. It is the USPS after all. As you can see by the previous posts, these guys are getting their delivery at all different days all over the USA. No rhyme or reason.

The 1960 Ford pickup is all I really need. Always thought it was a bit ugly but it's different.

Outstanding work! And I agree with all the previous comments.

I usually get mine after many of you so each day I get disappointed when I grab the mail and it's not there. Eventually.

Tamiya 1/12 Tyrrell 003 Cevert Monaco GP -71
TonyK replied to maysula's topic in Other Racing: Road Racing, Salt Flat Racers
Excellent looking model! And great pictures too. We don't usually see a model of a Francois Cevert car so this is a very nice tribute. -
Wife and I always have had a running friendly debate about this. I say there was no proof he actually cheated and she says the scene with her wearing the necklace confirms it.

Haven't had mincemeat pie for many years as no one likes it but me. Don't ever want fruitcake though.

Out doing a few things today and decided to stop by the post office and get a few sheets of stamps for Christmas card sending. I always use the self-serve machine as you can do it real quick and not stand in line. For some reason the machine didn't have the usual option on the touch screen to choose how many sheets but had a plus and minus to tap in how many stamps so I had to push the plus button 60 times because I wanted 3 sheets worth. Hit "continue" and it says some-such thing that it will print out the stamps individually! So I'm standing there while it prints one at a time and spits them out! A woman came up and I told her the situation and said if I knew this was gonna happen I'd have gone to the counter. She did just that and after awhile came by and thanked me for suggesting that and she had a few sheets of stamps in her hand. AARRRGGHHH!

Working for me using Chrome also. Really appreciate the work you've done to fix this!

I count my blessings that I didn’t kill my entire family.
TonyK replied to NYLIBUD's topic in The Off-Topic Lounge
Glad everyone is ok. The furnace is like many other things in your house; you don't think about having it serviced every so often as long as it's working but they need to be looked at to make sure it's all good.
