I ordered a takeaway from one of the local chinese restarauns tonight. I said to make it up to 20 quid with sweets meaning bars of chocolate etc. Instead I got a carrier bag of penny sweets. I guess there was a miscommunication somewhere but I feel sorry for the person that had to count them out

That kid done well, and I'm sure opened a few eyesI'm looking forward to the americas list. It would be nice to see racers from the rest of the world take them on but I guess that wont be happening any time soon.. -

The virus might have changed some things for the better as far as the hobby is concerned. I've noticed there seems to be a lot more people building model cars now, and many seem to be younger than the core group (by which I mean us that frequent the forums) than there was even a couple of years ago. If they stick with the hobby hopefully the plastic kit makers will give us even more goodies as they see their market growing.

Cool project TJ, I did the same to one a few years back and the hood was probably the hardest part to mod. I found it worked best for me to cut the back edge off before sectioning the rest to retain the shape. I only have this one pic of the cuts but it might help you

I mainly use canopy glue. I use white glue sometimes too if the fit is tight
