  1. I have one of the last issues, now I can get another.
  2. Looking forward to getting this
  3. Well, I appreciate the info, but if it is the Revell bumper, I will make my own. As stated, the actual shape of the Revell bumper is wrong and my 2 Revell 57's are getting mucho surgery and many parts substituted with AMT parts to correct that mess.
  4. Cool as cool can be
  5. I moved the cross member on one of these and used an AMT 40 ford front axle. Did the same on a 32. The axle is behind the spring on the 40 instead of below. For future reference.
  6. The 57 bumper they offer is a smoothed one from the Revell kit, and it is incorrect from the get go. Yea, I need to get on the Alclad wagon I guess.
  7. Yes, those also
  8. Looks pretty cool to me
  9. Love it!!!!
  10. Another awesome build of a great old kit
  11. Thanks for the compliments. I cheated a bit underneath it, I cut where everything lined up the best. It is a shelf model, and to me looks good there, although, the bed has become a storage spot for small parts I wish to keep track of.
  12. Just saw a roadster at the store the other day
  13. Will be getting more of these. The AMT is far superior to the Revell kit. Yes, 2 different cars, but accuracy on the AMT puts it well above the Revell kit.
  14. Grabbing some more of these for sure, I have 3 on the bench and one finished. Not sure about some comments I saw earlier, my finished one went together nice. Alot of possibilities with these with a little imagination.
  15. Any source for resin bumpers without bumper guards or wings? Some I would have interest in the 51 Chevy, 57 Ford, 58 Plymouth 49 Mercury and 49/50 Ford
  16. The interior is nothing special, flocking, some paint detail. As for the AC, the kit had the compressor on the belt assembly and just looked "off" with nothing else, so I decided to add some detail. Everything was made to fit, although probably not factory correct. I am more of a Ford guy and went with what I knew
  17. Wow... Looks real
  18. Started with the Rides Magazine truck and ended up with a short bed street machine
  19. Love the way the paint came out with that orange tint to it. Your manifolds should be arriving soon too.
  20. That is sooooooooo nice
  21. For some reason, there is not a lot available from the mid to late 70's in kit form. I think this era could yield a variety of great kits, the Cutlass, Grand Prix. Monte Carlo, Malibu, ElCamino, Ranchero, Thunderbird, Cougar. Montego. Even Lincolns or Caddys. Tons of options and most brands share chassis and interior pieces with each other.
  22. I am in for the Jeep... Maybe the Polygas Gasser since it can be built more than one way
