  1. Very cool! Thanks for posting the picture! Thanks!!
  2. Thanks for all of the comments guys! I have a little more progress. Engine is done: Interior is done. It seems that someone needs to clean out the trash:
  3. That cab mount looks great! Engine looks just right in there!
  4. Looks awesome! Very bright for sure! Excellent work!
  5. I like the color! The addition of the air to air, the train horn and the rear window are nice touches!
  6. Looks great! I would have to build a bigger house.?
  7. Thanks Charles! I really considered cutting the fenders loose, but I was concerned about making a bad situation worse. The attachment point at the cab is very thick, while all the outer panels are very thin. The grill area is so thin that light shows through before paint. I was concerned that I would shatter the front grill area while sawing the fenders loose. This resin is very brittle. Sometimes I have to know my limitations. I’m not building it as new. I’m building it as having some wear on it. Thanks again! Your advice is always appreciated.
  8. Thanks guys! I have a little more done.
  9. This is one awesome build! Your craftsmanship, your accuracy, your weathering, all are excellent! I’ve been wanting to build a semi wrecker and sling. I have a lot of experience using a 1ton sling, and you pretty much nailed it. I may take some notes here and try my semi wrecker project soon.
  10. Looks awesome! I like the seats and window stickers! Real authentic!
  11. Wow!! I can’t even begin to describe how cool this build is!! All “Red Power!” I like it!! Excellent work as always!! Nice conversion on the trailer too! Finishing in 2 months, Wow!! Looks amazing! I really like this one!
  12. A little more progress on this and I noticed that not only are the front fenders slightly crooked but they are a little hiked up in the front. I didn’t try to cut the fenders loose as this resin is extremely brittle and very thin in places around the grill area. I didn’t want to make matters worse. The good thing is that Ford advertised these trucks as not having the fenders attached to the cab anywhere. With some age and worn mounts, I’m sure things would be a little crooked in real life.
  13. A joy to watch and learn as this one comes together!
  14. Nice work! I used one of those engines in my Highbinder. I like the water tank and the added stinger. Looks great!
