  1. Rear lights in place, mud flaps scratch built from cardboard, the ladies are PE parts but I don't know from where...
  2. I was crazy about Beetle Bailey as a kid and I think that the cartoon is the main reason why I have always wanted a Willys, and why I now have one waiting for restoration. So, anything happening with this one?
  3. Was this paint available on the full size trucks too? I recall seeing something similar on a Silverado or Cheyenne I think? Quite a nice looking brown anyway.
  4. It will be a nice combo of caravan and tow vehicle when finished, I like the colours too.
  5. Sometimes, "primer is finer". And I think that it's nicer to see when someone have the guts to cut into the body rather than buying a pre-chopped one, even if it ends up with results that aren't flawless. But your chop looks really nice.
  6. I have always liked the G-body and I think you have captured the spirit of an 80s stocker very well.
  7. Tamiyas have always been fantastic. I like old Opels so seeing a Calibra being built and with such a good result is nice.
  8. Can't say that I have seen too many of these kits being built up, but you have done a great job with it. Very clean and the sparkling green looks fantastic.
  9. Nice idea that is well executed.
  10. Second to the split window Vette, the early Rivieras are my favourite 60s GM design, and you have done a great job with the resto, and i like the style even if it is, as you say, a bit different. Great job!
  11. It's nice to see a Mustang with something of an understated look in white with steelies, not something most Mustang builders will do....
  12. Have you started slot racing? Nice to see that stuff is still coming from your bench.
  13. Yes, since she would be happy for anything that barely resembles a 240, I decided to go the easy route and build it out of the box, but I have bought one for myself now and that one will also be built a bit different.... Thanks everyone for the kind comments, I never thought this humble litte brick would be this appreciated.
  14. Well executed idea, maybe the monochromatic look ain't my taste and if it was my build I think I would have had some chrome as a contrast to the blue, but that's completely a matter of taste and it's a great build anyway!
  15. I like it, we never got this generation Mitsu/Dodge in Sweden unfortunately, sad because it's great looking trucks....
  16. Looks like something that would have been the vehicle of my dreams in my childhood, and I don't say that as a bad thing. Very cool!
  17. Sure, it has not been in production for very many years, but I liked the ESCI CJ7 kit....
  18. Maybe I should try to get one then, 1:24 Volvos can't be wrong, easy to kitbash from most styrene models.....
  19. Cool, looks very natural. Owls are beautiful birds indeed....
