  1. I see. I have only built the Tamiya kit (as a copy of my fathers 1:1 SL) and that one has great interior detailing.
  2. Alfa GTV (or GT?). Not this one of course, but very similar, same colour and all....
  3. I like the Saab 35 Draken myself.
  4. I have a 69 Mach 1 kit I have an urge to build.....I think I enter this buildoff with that one.
  5. Great job in getting a not so great kit look decent, well done.
  6. A really tough looking car, great job on the weathering.
  7. Well, if the interior wasn't really good in detailing from the start, it's certainly not possible to see now. Great work!
  8. Nice build of one of the most beautiful Ferraris of its era, great way of honouring your friend.
  9. Lookin' very sharp. Is this a good kit? I have been interested in one for a while myself.
  10. 4 I thought the wheels were looking a bit boring all in chrome, so I painted some metallic grey on the centres. Caps and nuts will be detailed in chrome later though.
  11. I understand why this thread was moved, but "Under glass" can't be the right forum?
  12. Even though I like the classic 70s stance with raised suspension in the rear, I decided on a lowered suspension all around on this one, with meaty low profiles in the rear and a little bit more humble dimensions up front. The wheels are from the AMT Chevy Van.
  13. The Italeri Volvo 760 would be a nice reissue, they go for crazy money nowadays.
  14. Crown Vics, even with the glass roof, have always been quite common in Sweden. Rumours says that they shipped over examples that were too hard to sell in the hot states to Sweden were the climate was more forgiving to the greenhouse roof....
  15. Mercedes 300 SL gullwing IMO. But I have some other favourites too.... AC Cobra, Porsche 904, split window Corvette, Jaguar XK120, Ferrari 250 California, Ferrari 308/328 and most of the Aston Martins.......
  16. I might sound like a grumpy old man now, but in my opinion the last interesting Camaro was the 1973 model, and everything from gen 4 onwards has been terrible, might be nice cars, I have never driven anything newer than gen 3 so I can't answer that, but so ugly looking, so there will not be any tears in my eyes if they are dropping the Camaro for good.....
  17. Yeah, but I am pretty sure that no model A had a V8 from the factory either.... Nice build.
  18. Nice build, it has something of a "restomod" vibe to it.
  19. Very cool with lots of nice detailing, especially the firewall is a nice touch IMO.
