  1. Well done. That looks really good in Orange. Glad to see one of these kits built in different color than the box art.
  2. With those parts missing, and the parts replacement idea looking slim. It sure sounds like a perfect opportunity to build something like an E30 racecar. Kit bash it with a road race or dragster chassis of some kind maybe?
  3. Ohh, now that looks like a fun time. Very cool build.
  4. That's looking really good.
  5. How it looking today Greg? Waiting patiently with my POPCORN...
  6. Thats going to be a fun Kustom when you are done. So how many projects do you have on your bench right now? Or do they not count if you put them in a display case?
  7. Ya, I'll have to have a few sets of those.
  8. I built this kit not long ago. I did a five window roof. I didn't find the roof fitment to be too bad, but it does take some work. I did glue one side and then the other. I didn't use any reinforcements inside, and that would have made it easier. I did have a glued side come apart on me that probably would not have happened if reinforced. Be careful where you locate the reinforcements, they are in quite visie locations. Good luck, its a fun kit once the roof is glued.
  9. Wow, that looks really good. I have this kit on the bench right now. Building it as a typical gasser though. Way to far into the build to change directions now though.
  10. Good thing this is a family friendly forum. Pretty sure there are plenty of jokes that could come from that line. Van is going to look great with a big mural on it.
  11. For those of you that have use a chrome pen, Is anything necessary for tip cleanup after each use? I can't seem to find anything on the Molotow website.
  12. Excellent trade completed with GrumpyGrowly. Happy to find a home for an air cooled car.
  13. Bill finish a car.. Now that's funny. But I do really like the direction that most of your mock-ups are headed.
  14. So, absolutely nothing has changed??
  15. Well done, that's a tough kit to make the wood grain look good.
  16. Incredible build, looks better with every update. 620 pickup huh. I've had my fair share of them. Are you a member of the Ratsun forum? I have been for years, I think member #11. Yello620 over there.
  17. Might have to pick one of these up. My dad still has a Ferguson. Looks really close to this kit, I just don't know the model number on his.
  18. For those of us that don't know, what website are we talking about? Or does forum rules say you can't post it? Are you doing custom decals?
  19. So, the front is Willy's and the rear is Ford. Shall we call this one Willard? Cool idea on this combination.
  20. Didn't somebody resin cast that crew body recently? Anybody know who did it and if it is still available?
  21. PM sent with answer.
  22. Thanks for all the kind comments. I will have to look into that, I have the Tracy kit also. And I recently bought the louvered hood/trunk kit from Ed Fluck with hopes to build them into another 5 window.
  23. What do you do with your kits boxes after you build the kit. I'm talking recent releases, not vintage boxes with cool artwork. Save the box or throw it in the recycling bin? I have several that I use to store spare parts in, but I can only use so many for that. I wish I had a good place to make the tops into wall art. Currently have an empty 36 ford 5window, a 41 willys SWC, and a AWB Mustang "dick brannan's Bronco".
