  6. Really looking forward to this build!!, i have this kit to do some day. I left the pulleys on my Pagani build undetailed as well....cant see them either.
  7. I've always wanted to try that, or the hairspray technique. Never did that level of weathering before, but i do have an old Monogram Land Rover that i need to weather like that.
  8. I'm all for Luftwagon!! I like the wheels that are on it now, but if you were thinking about switching, then i think the Red Barrons Iron Cross wheels would be PERF!!!
  9. Thanks, Bud!!, i recently decided to sand smooth, and re-polish the outside, and i think it improved it a little bit more...not much, but still its 10x's better than it was! Nine times out of ten, All my builds get new, scaled-down side glass....this one will too -if ever a kit needed it, lol
  10. Thanks, Jason!!, its always worked out good for me, and if you want them to be separate pieces, then you burnish down masking tape on the body, then shape the putty over it. Once dry, you can carefully remove it.....Milliput dries rock hard when mixed properly. Its one of the UK's greatest modeling products!!
  11. Thanks alot, bud!!
  12. Thanks, bud!, i love Tamiya products!!.....its not perfect, but its a heck of alot better!!
  13. I know this is Rays line, but i always love seeing Cobras built too!!!
  14. Keep at it, Bud!!...its looking Fantastic!!!!
  15. Its a bummer that happened, but it looks like you saved it!!...i anticipated this issue with my Fujimi Pantera, so i cut-out everything that would make me mad.
  16. They do look much better now!....body work is looking GREAT too!!!!
  17. Hi, everyone!, this is a custom Road Runner that i built soooo long ago that i cant remember when i built it, lol....i do remember building it for my brother
  18. While i was waiting for things to dry, i decided that i had nothing to lose trying to fix that Horrible distortion in the windscreen. I had the idea that maybe if i cut it out, that might fix it.....NOPE. My next step was to sand the heck out of the inside of it to flatten it out, and you know what.....IT WORKED GOOD ENOUGH!! -Photo 1&2; As you can see, even after cutting out the windscreen, the distortion is still very bad! -Photo 3-7; these photos show the HUGE difference sanding the inside of the windscreen made!!!
  19. Thanks, bud!!....and fellow Michigander!!!
