  1. Looks to be the same as this one. https://3dprintable.shop/ I've used it, and the files are good.
  2. This counts, right? I hate coffee, and drink a lot of tea, so as soon as I saw this I had to order some. Can't imagine there's much of this in Canada right now! Only took about a week to get from the UK to western Canada. And look at that date. it's fresher than anything I'd find in grocery stores here. And tastes pretty dang good!
  3. I'd love to see a new version of the old AMT Matador kit...street version. Maybe they can do what they did with the International 4070A; old kit, new molds. I managed to find an original sealed kit, before prices went mental.
  4. I've used the flocking powder for most of my builds. I've tried some embossing powder recently, with really nice results. The brand is Ranger, and it's available on Amazon. I would imagine adding some black to the red could give you the effect you want.
  5. Andrey's files are excellent. I've done a few of his trucks and cars, and they print out great. He's really nailed a lot of the details. I still have trouble with the glass though. Working on it. Nice to see the Gladiator printed, I've been thinking about that one. As a note for those considering, these are strictly curbside, and would take a great deal of work to turn into accurate full detail kits.
  6. Booked a flight to Indianapolis and a hotel room. Will be attending Work Truck Week in about a month. Specifically, the Ford Medium Duty Conference. Will have a couple of of days to myself. What is there to do in Indy in early March? And where are the good hobby stores?
  7. Looks pretty darn good to me! This is a safe place, no one will laugh at you here.
  8. We have obviously taken care of the spam "attack" from earlier.
  9. Yes. I found the grille as part of a full kit for 3D printing. I'm using it on a K1500 pickup I'm slowly working on.
  10. A fancy new watch, with the alarms pre-set, but without the instruction manual.
  11. There's a documentary on Prime Video called "Wagonmasters" which is all about the wagon. I enjoyed it. Wifey thought it was dumb. I grew up with a 1978 Plymouth Fury Sport Suburban. It's what I learned to drive on. Was replaced by an 89 Subaru DL wagon, then a 93 Subaru DL wagon. Then an 02 Focus wagon.
  12. It's a great reference for sure.
  13. Imagine if you will... You're a burglar. A good one. But you only steal things that slightly inconvenience your victims. What are you stealing?
  14. Create what you want, regardless of accuracy.
  15. Even with no paint, that looks really good. I'm just glad it wasn't molded in red or yellow.
  16. I like it! Roof chop is subtle, but works great.
  17. Yesterday morning, saw some roadcrews replacing a light post on a highway offramp. Someone was driving a little too fast for conditions, and failed to negotiate the curve. This morning I watched a green Hyundai slide off the road and take out the same light post. So not even 24 hours later. I chuckled.
  18. I missed it too! Further discussion on page 7 in that thread.
  19. Most of the decals I've made have been put on white trucks, so colours looked accurate. On darker colours, printing on white decal paper works fine. You just need to be more precise when trimming the decal from the sheet. When I decide on a logo or whatever that I want to print, I just look for the highest resolution image I can find and use that. Once it's scaled down to fit a 1/24 or 1/25 body, it looks good. Yes, a bit of guesswork when sizing, but if you have a full A4 sheet of decal paper to work with, you can size and print several options, then pick the size that works best. Some definite limitations, but it's inexpensive and works well.
  20. Just make your own! Pack of decal paper from Amazon and your inkjet printer. And you don't need a fancy program. Microsoft Paint or even Word works just fine to set them up. The only downside so far is that you can't print white or metallics.
  21. I came VERY close to spending way too much for one on many occasions, but managed to stop myself. Now it's the Tamiya Volvos that I'm dangerously close to buying.
  22. Whoops! You are correct! I think I saw the bike conversation and just kind of glazed over.
  23. I haven't seen any mention of this one yet, but I am SUPER stoked about the re-release of this. I've been looking for reasonably priced versions of this kit for years, to no avail. Will be grabbing a few of these.
