  14. #1 rule ..never buy the cheap material parts..i was told to soak parts 20 minuets in 90% Alcohol when i first ordered them..when they came in thats what i did and worked out great . just take a old brush and brush them clean..
  15. get u some micro set and keep brushing the old decals with the set..it may take up to a hr but it will soften them..i just took some off that had been on for 3-4 years.
  16. soak in 90% Isopropyl Alcohol for 20 minuets ...let dry brush off...
  17. Model Masters makes vinyl top spray paint..i found this out after i did one myself..what i did was cut me 2 small thin strips of plastruct sheeting and glued them down to look like the seams..next i got a make up brush thats about the size of a dime and i pored out some black paint from a testors bottle (do not thin its got to be thick to work ). then i started dabbing it in the pant then to the car top..(try this on scrap plastic first)..it will give u the texture look of a vinyl roof as u build up the paint..the picture below u can see what it looks like if u decide to do it that way..
  18. i grew up on Anacoco Lake out by the VFW boat landing im sure u went their before.
