  1. Wait, somebody tried to repop that in resin and actually sell it?! I’ve seen better looking stuff come out of those blow-mold machines at the Museum of Science and Industry!
  2. I’d love to see a Tucker kit, I’d have to have at least one, if not a few of those!
  3. Tripped over my own feet yesterday and hit the ground like a sack of potatoes. Ended up taking today off to go to an urgent care and get X-rays taken. Looks like nothing is broken, but was recommended to get checked again if I’m not hurting any less be next week.
  4. Great! I was surprised how well it worked too and gave recently found rolls of bigger sheets that I also want to try. Sometimes I just roll it across the shavings or peel off a sheet or two and stick them to the desk top and hold the Dremel so the shavings primarily hit that.
  5. My Drag Heep is done, and I started a Mini-Me from the new Hot Wheels ‘95 XJ Cherokee casting! I’m thinking the big one is going to need a light bar and roof rack in the future too?
  6. Depending on how difficult it is to reach that mess, I’ve been finding lint rollers work great on the metal shavings from the Hot Wheels I’ve drilled and modified.
  7. A Tesla Model Y being used as a RFD vehicle and an early 70’s Buick Electra 225 coupe.
  8. Depending on who would buy them with that name, it would make for a great joke.
  9. Yup, that’s why if I ever do that ‘70 Charger kit like this, it will have a Dana 60 out back and looking at fabbing something like that for it too would be a good idea!
  10. Considering the kinds of abuse these cars take, it probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to have on a car like this.
  11. Wheel swapped a Hot Wheels ‘40 Ford Truck, put some rolling stock on it from the ‘06 GTO, which fits this trucks attitude much better, IMHO.
  12. Be interesting to hear how that turned out for the owners of the car.
  13. Is that one supposed to be Jackie Kennedy or Dr. Girlfriend/Dr. Mrs. The Monarch?
  14. I think that was the idea.
  15. Lol, I love the fake lashes for car sized fake lashes, that’s a great touch!
  16. Almost done with the new body for my Drag Slash
  17. Thanks, and I appreciate it, I’m trying to make it more of a T-Bird sized roadster, which is why I’m trying to knock an inch (+/-) out of the rear half of the car.
  18. Well, how about this? I need to chop the Batmobile down and carve out the passenger compartment opening to fit the T-Bird interior tub next.
  19. Here it is mocked up on the T-Bird’s chassis, interior and suspension without any cutting on the body so far. And then one with the T-Bird body stacked on the Batmobile on the T-Birds chassis.
  20. Thanks! Funny thing too, that T-Bird is a 1/24 kit and the Batmobile is 1/25, I tried a 1/25 AMT ‘57 T-Bird, but it was smaller in width and height too. I want to do that with one of the Revell Lincoln Futura kits I have too, but that’s undersized compared to this and their snapper Batmobile kits, so that AMT T-Bird kit should be workable to do this with the Futura, once I get around to it.
  21. Getting ready to chop up another Polar Lights Batmobile to try and get it to fit the chassis and interior tub of that Revell/Monogram’57 T-Bird underneath it. Also want to get rid of the wheel opening in the back to be more like the real car was before Barris did this to it, so the 1” strips of tape circled in blue are roughly where I want to cut it to shorten it in the middle, but don’t know exactly how to deal with that rear overhang and make it more like the T-Birds, so I am open to suggestions if you guys have any!
  22. That's cool! Have you ever checked out the R/HotWheels page on Reddit? You would probably like that!
  23. That's a great build, gotta love what can be done with that Bondic stuff too!
  24. Finally getting around to working on this one, had the Model Master Prowler Purple bubble up really bad on me so I dunked it and forgot about it. I think it’s about ready for primer again at this point.
  25. Thanks, I'll have to look around some for when ever I get around to do that with a Charger. Been thinking of teh rolling stock from the stock Revell Jeep TJ Wrangler Rubicon to see how close those are. Should be around 31"-32" tall and the 16" TJ Rubicon wheels happen to be the same 5x4.5" bolt pattern as a midsized Mopar, even ones with the Dana 60 rear end and the offset shouldn't too far off either if modern wheels are allowed on the 1/1 cars.
