Finally ran the Drag Slash today, went almost completely straight once the tires were scuffed in after the first pass down the drive!
-
I’d be happy just to see a Pentastar in the kit or as a swap for it!
-
Since it's the "Last of the V-8 Interceptors", wonder if we'll also get the cop versions too

How about something completely different?! one of the Matchbox Subaru Sambar Kei Trucks mixed with the engine and wheels from a Hot Wheels “Altered Ego” dragster for a little Zinger Action! -
Started playing with Hot Wheels and Matchbox again….

I did that with a few Matchbox too, really made a big difference on the Ridgeline and Renegade! Picked up one of the Hot Wheels Max Steel cast that had a crunched blister and two bent axles, finally swapped in the wheels from a Broken Promises version of the Mod Rod, which were the right width for the chassis, just has wider front “tires”. did a little detail work and swapped the wheels around, just need to drill, tap, and screw the halves together! -
Wait, somebody tried to repop that in resin and actually sell it?! I’ve seen better looking stuff come out of those blow-mold machines at the Museum of Science and Industry!

I’d love to see a Tucker kit, I’d have to have at least one, if not a few of those!

Tripped over my own feet yesterday and hit the ground like a sack of potatoes. Ended up taking today off to go to an urgent care and get X-rays taken. Looks like nothing is broken, but was recommended to get checked again if I’m not hurting any less be next week.

Depending on who would buy them with that name, it would make for a great joke. -
Is that one supposed to be Jackie Kennedy or Dr. Girlfriend/Dr. Mrs. The Monarch?

I think that was the idea. -
Lol, I love the fake lashes for car sized fake lashes, that’s a great touch!
-
Thanks, and I appreciate it, I’m trying to make it more of a T-Bird sized roadster, which is why I’m trying to knock an inch (+/-) out of the rear half of the car.

Well, how about this? I need to chop the Batmobile down and carve out the passenger compartment opening to fit the T-Bird interior tub next. -
Here it is mocked up on the T-Bird’s chassis, interior and suspension without any cutting on the body so far. And then one with the T-Bird body stacked on the Batmobile on the T-Birds chassis.

Thanks! Funny thing too, that T-Bird is a 1/24 kit and the Batmobile is 1/25, I tried a 1/25 AMT ‘57 T-Bird, but it was smaller in width and height too. I want to do that with one of the Revell Lincoln Futura kits I have too, but that’s undersized compared to this and their snapper Batmobile kits, so that AMT T-Bird kit should be workable to do this with the Futura, once I get around to it.
