What is the scoop with the 1926 Mack Bulldog? Sites still have it listed as pre-order. I was really looking forward to that one.

It is tempting to lower it. I could still do so, might have to! -

Back at this one. Decided to remove all the body lines. They were getting lost in the bodywork on the fender flares anyway. Real messy coat of putty, but she’ll come out smooth. -

Looks awesome!! I want to get one of these, too bad they are step side. My grandfather had a 65 C1100 that was an old state truck, fleet side, 4wd too. Said it would go through anything. Sorry to derail, it’s a great looking model. Tribute builds are always great. -
Looking forward to the charger. I’d like to build a “what-if” of what these cars might look like in 25-30 years. I’ll also build one stock. I want more late-model models (?) so I’ll support R2 in the hopes that we get additional new tools of current market cars in the future. About that licensed car though… I really hope it is the Blues Brothers’ Monaco. I’d be in for a few.

I can understand why people might be let down about this kit and the recent re-issue. I’ll be picking one up though. I’m still a young modeler and I’ve never built one. My dad did though. I think it will be a treat to build some of the kits that my dad grew up building. Hopefully my LHS will get a few in.

I wish they’d listen. They are my favorite truck and a great kit to start with. Really could use some more in the stash. -

I agree, why spend $3K on a model. -
Awesome work! It is amazing the level of detail that can be accomplished on large scale models.

I have also had great luck with scalehobbyist. They are my favorite place to order from! They’ve received many a dollar from me! -
This was really interesting and a good read. I say great job on them all and a really cool aspect of modeling is the diversity that can be had. Thanks for sharing.

Coors Banquet for me. If it’s summer, I’ll enjoy a Corona with a lime.
