  1. Huh, I didn’t know these were curbside. Anyways, like the story and can’t wait for the build! I too want a long wheelbase version.
  2. Does anyone have more info on this system? I’m replicating it (see my signature for a link) and there are few photos out there and information is scarce.
  3. Thank you for the list!
  4. Beautiful hard working REO.
  5. Nice! The 5th wheel is terrific.
  6. Weathering looks good! I was just thinking about building a logging rig, yours will be hard to top.
  7. Such a terrific build. Rest easy friend.
  8. The exhaust looks really nice. Very realistic! I also really like the color.
  9. I like the day cab, impressive work. Nice to repurpose a toy into something even better!
  10. Lots of nice detail here. I like it. The single drive day cabs are some of my favorites.
  11. Very nice job, Brian. Your work is terrific like always!
  12. On the F40 and F50 they paint directly over the carbon fiber using one coat of paint. It seems that in photos it’s kind of hard to see, but in person seems to be a bit easier. They say it’s really prominent on the rear wing. Top Gear, the British one, did a piece on it and in the show you could see it I thought. This website has some cool info about them. They said that the whole car got only 2 liters of paint sprayed on it. And a lot of them were coated a second time upon delivery by their new owner. So finding a 1 layer car is quite a challenge. As far as the original idea brought up by espo, I agree with the candy color. That was a recommendation made on another 1:1 car forum when trying to replicate it.
  13. Thank you Tom. I’ve enjoyed it. I’ve missed the work bench.
  14. Now we are looking like something!!
  15. Wow that does look really good. I might have to go to their website and check out

Nice build. One of the best looking engines ever.
  17. Great photos. It was cool to see some I’ve seen here on the forum. Thank you!
  18. @Oldmopars that makes sense. Same with me. I dropped the BRBO because I was too busy with school. Now that I’m done I want to finish this van over the summer. Heres an update for everyone. Made the torque tubes and braces for the front, drive shafts not shown but they are mocked up. In the rear we have lift shackles and I moved the suspension back a tad, it didn’t line up too well with the lift on it. Speaking of lifts, I have 2 lift blocks to get the van sitting level. I also extended the Dana 60 so it was more even. I’ll need to add brakes still.
  19. Would R2 really tool up something new for a 4 door 67 Impala? Or will it be a diecast 1/64 scale?
  20. Thank you! This was my first time doing something as major as this. Thank you. I’ve enjoyed watching it all come together. I’ll have an update within the coming days. How is your van going? Still busy with the BRBO?
  21. I was wondering if we would see the Payhauler 350 again. I’d like one bad!
  22. Patrick, I totally agree with you. I just got the California Sunshine Datsun recently. I wish there were more mini and full-size kits on the market. Especially the 454 SS. I'm trying to collect all the mini truck kits so I can build an 80s and 90s diorama of them. So far I have the Datsun, a Toyota, and the pink box art D50.
