  1. Wow still sealed even. Nothing like that old kit smell either! Good luck!
  2. Excellent work on the day cab. They are a favorite of mine.
  3. The paystars are a good looking rig. How do you like the KFS crane? Been looking at their stuff.
  4. Looks like a fun kit. I’ve thought about getting one. A two tone on this would be a winner.
  5. These are a beautiful truck. I like where this is headed!
  6. The suspense is killing me, Doc! I can’t wait to see this hot rod Pete!
  7. Always get a chuckle out of that comic strip. Can’t wait to see this done
  8. Thank you for organizing this! I will start this weekend hopefully. Box isn’t even open yet Jim B. Is building one also. His thread is full of great information if you’d like to neck it out! His is very very nice. Thanks, I haven’t decided if I want to do this as a brand new build or a worn out build.
  9. I like the idea of the ford engine in the Chevy. You see it all the time when it’s the other way around. Great build
  10. ha! I think you're right!
  11. Going to look really good! The color combo sounds like a winner.
  12. Super cool!! That is what modeling is all about!
  13. Yes it is. Figured it would be my only reasonable chance at getting a mustang II Mach 1
  14. Thanks for the info. I could make a 3-71! Maybe someone will fill the void and cast a 4-53 for us.
  15. Very nice! I followed your build closely and it’s terrific. The details really make this stand out.
  16. Looks like that truck could share a lot of stories. Great work!!
  17. What do you all think of this? Looks different.. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-24-NITTOKAGAKU-FORD-MUSTANG-II-MACH-1-UNSEALED-PLASTIC-MODEL-KIT/183661927637
  18. Very nice work. The way the plug wires sit, looks so real. And the carburetor is the icing on the cake. I’ve also enjoyed learning about the L88 in this thread. A ton of great info!
  19. I think I am going to do a barn find with a cool back story. And some pieces of the kit will be reminiscent of those memories. I’d like to do a barn dio with it, if that would be ok?
  20. I welcome the change. I think the eCOPO is truly beautiful along with its gas companion. This is what gets me excited about electric vehicles. The bolt doesn’t do much for me. It’s cool and all but just doesn’t get me excited. The Tesla does (aside from Elon, a topic for another day) but they are good looking and look like hoot. And the Audi e-Tron is also exciting! I think this is the way to get people more on board.
  21. My ‘92 is a 5 speed. But it’s a shame the SS didn’t come with one.
  22. Man that interior! Looks like the real deal. The HVAC and radio unit looks really good. As well as the equalizer and tape deck. I always had to hit the side of the dash by the radio because the volume would get stuck! One good thump and away we went. It’s a shame these trucks didn’t come with a manual. The pedals are a very nice touch also.
  23. I have seen that one a number of times. Looks like a quality kit.
  24. I agree. There are so many cool off roaders to make.
  25. Anyone know where to get a 4-53T? Jamie has a 6-71 but that is a little too big for most light duty trucks. Thanks!
