  1. Looking good. Now I want to get that kit. Blue body with tan interior has always been my favorite color combo.
  2. By any chance, was that urethane based clear? Has it been sitting for a long time? I've heard that type of clear has a relatively short shelf life. I wonder if that could have been a factor. Now I'm a little concerned about my Gravity Clear as it has been sitting for almost a year. Thanks,
  3. Looking really good! Love it!
  4. This is very interesting! I like how this is going.
  5. Looking good!
  6. Hello, Last yellow parts painted. Started painting the rear mounted cooling fan, new 2016-spec front splitter and rocker panels. Thanks,
  7. Hello, Working on the last body mods that will eventually be body color: Pitot tubes and dive planes. Minor touch up and will be ready for color. Can't wait to finish this. It's been a stubborn one. But still quite far from the finish line. Thanks,
  8. Looking good so far. You addressed the stance which is one of the biggest issues I have seen in this kit. I suppose it will be red based on the engine compartment, right? My only comment so far is that the seats look very shiny. Maybe dull it a little if possible. Thanks?
  9. Hello, I have been away for a while. Just very busy with work and life in general. Very little progress on this but at least a step in the right direction. Masked and airbrushed the black roof and hood areas. the roof came out perfect but the hood required a tiny touch up. I just airbrushed it a few minutes ago. The black Cobra Colors lacquer lays so smooth it is tempting me to do a black car....... Thanks,

The concept, the design and the execution are top notch. But the weathering takes it beyond mere mortals realm... Translation: WOW!
  11. Nice! That car is in my list of "someday" builds.
  12. Nice and different. I like the tire rub marks.
  13. Nice job. The color works very well with this car.
  14. Hello, Very little workbench time but started working on the black trim. Very minor little overspray to tocuh up. Love Tamiya tape. Up next, I'll continue with masking and painting the black areas of the hood, roof and trunk lid. Did not do it in one go because I am going carefully slow with this one. One more major mishap with this project and it could crash into a wall as part of an anger management therapy session....... Thanks,
  15. Nice job! Love Indy cars!
  16. That looks nice! Is it available unpainted? If so, this could be the first AMT I would actually consider getting since the Concept Camaro fiasco about a decade ago, that made me stay away from AMT since. Thanks,
  17. Nice job on this icon.
