Thanks! I asked to take pictures of their Camaro patrol car for emblems and license plate. Also radar gun. LOL

You don't need to justify this to me! I have many subjects that will never be available again. And I'm waiting on two orders at the moment, hoping they will show up someday. And I'm also wanting to get a Chevy pickup, preferably '69, but they are gold-plated at this time. Any bets if I blow good money, the next week it will be re-popped?

Looks more like an investment to me! I'm glad that I got all the super-detail parts for the 911 GT1 when I did.

Tempted to get this kit. Going to lurk. Love the color!

Ok, I'll bite. Arizona DPS Viper with the Copperhead engine package. I scratch-built all the cop parts, and Chimneyville printed a decal sheet based on pictures I took, noticed recently no longer available.

Jeep Rubicon 10th AV

I have a secret love affair with Jeeps, especially after renting them in Ouray, CO, and Moab, UT. The aftermarket parts are a cornucopia for scratch-building, I would never finish one if I got it. Looks great in the pictures! And it's done, which is important. -
I just received this unusual subject, looks really nice. Using my Fakebook post:

I tried to speed assemble this, I've seen where guys knock out a model to fill a contest category that is empty, how do they do it? I also wanted to paint something with the zinc chromate primer, and Rustoleum primer instead of the cliche flat black. I'm also spoiled with Tamiya, Fujimi, and now Aoshima quality. Instead of using up my allotment for pictures, showing my Fakebook post:

Fun subject! Engine bay looks great. When the GTi first came out, I test drove one, was impressed. Had a '91 GLi for awhile, miss the engine growl. Bummer about the paint.

Nice job! The BRG is a little light. I've built that model too, a very nice kit. It doesn't take up much shelf space either.

Personally, this is a subjective thing for anyone. I know people like dumping glorified dust into interiors. I discovered Zero Designs: Black Self Adhesive Flocking Sheet, worked great for me. I had used up my Detail Master paper felt, that you had to paint, and then glue in with Tacky glue; it is not available now.
