Personally, this is a subjective thing for anyone. I know people like dumping glorified dust into interiors. I discovered Zero Designs: Black Self Adhesive Flocking Sheet, worked great for me. I had used up my Detail Master paper felt, that you had to paint, and then glue in with Tacky glue; it is not available now.

Well, welcome back to a hobby that always takes a back seat in life. I keep forgetting about YouTube videos, can learn to do just about everything now. I still have many of my models built last century. Would be funny to have a thread for that subject, just so people can see we all improve over time.

Another great show! I'm really pleased to get recognition. I was surprised the MINI Coupe got something, the Curbside class was full of good builds. Making great friends too, who have told me they have seen my stuff other places.

Depends what the subject is. For a junker sitting around a long time, the grayer the better, for a new show car with the Armor-All treatment, almost gloss black. I tried glass bead blasting vinyl tires on a project, no paint, looked great.

I own a 2016 EX-T Coupe, so will consider this just because it's a 10th generation Civic. I do wish Honda would produce the R in the Coupe body, seems stupid not to.

Completed a diorama display of the Mercedes 170V Roadster that I finished last December. It was fun to make the Pinon tree and rockwork. Added some wildlife, a Kaibab Squirrel, Steller's Jay and a Raven. I do wish a limb on the tree was longer, but I would never finish it. LOL
